Pleasure dealing with your personnel 3/31/2011

I want to thank you for your excellent service. All promises were kept and I also appreciate the advantages your "sale" provided. I have already noticed the efficiency of the new windows. We have had cool weather in the low 60s for the past several days. With the old windows I would have had to turn up the heat to take the chill off but with the new windows I have not had to do that. In today's environment service and professionalism if often lacking. Accordingly, it was a pleasure dealing with your personnel, including the office staff. more

Wonderful job 3/28/2011

I saw your advertisement in a local Herald-Palladium newspaper and called for an estimate to replace two large windows in front of my house. The next day, Scott arrived. He described the service provided by your company and showed me a model of the windows you sell. I was impressed by Mr. Scott's knowledge and the workmanship of your product and was assured when he promised professional installation. Mr. Scott said I would be getting my new windows by the second week of September. On September 10th my windows were installed. I want to compliment you on the professionalism of your installers. Josh is truly and expert in his craft. He and his assistant Benjamin work well together and did a wonderful job. After the job was finished, they cleaned up everything so that one would have never known that work had been recently done. more

this was the most knoledgeable company of the 4 we had out. I am glad that we finally brought our purchasing to a close. The salesman had been with the company for six years, where the other 3 hadn't been there very long, or didn't really talk about the product at all. more

jack's came out to replace 13 windows in our trailer. i was happy with there respnse becuz they were the only company that called me back. i put my phone number into 2 other online sites and they didnt even call. oh well they are out the business. they did a good job and the instalers were fast and nice. like wat i see. more

I was very happy with the price! I got every other window for free! They were half the price of any of the legitimate companies I saw, and close to some of the smaller guys installing a questionable window. more

Jacks Wholesale came out to look at the windows in my parents house about two years ago. They bought and liked them so i did the same. It's been about three weeks since they went in and I think that it is one of the best purchases I've ever made! I cannot believe the difference. the looks, the operation. I am 100% satisfied! would recommend to people i know. more

Had a crack in a bay window out front. I see the commercials every day, so I knew who I'd be calling first. Did a fabulous job. They look perfect. I am considering doing the rest of the house next year or in the fall. Everyone was very friendly, helpful. I got a live voice every time I called - even later at night. more

Had a GREAT experience with this company 5/27/2010

Had a GREAT experience with this company. Jack's is one company that isn't outsourcing it to some country on the other side of the planet. You can call 24 hours a day and get a live voice, a live AMERICAN voice. I had a problem with my picture window - a kid in our neighborhood threw a rock at it and it cracked - and they came out, free of charge, and replaced it. They even replaced the screens after the recent storm that we had. I've had them for almost a year now, and I do not regret my decision. I am already saving a lot of money on my heating/cooling. My old windows had big gaps in them. I think that the news windows will be paid off from energy savings and the tax credit in the next couple of years, and I can actually set my thermostat at 70 degrees!!! James B. more

Beautiful job. 5/21/2010

jack's put siding up on our house and now it looks completely different! i can't believe how much different it looks. everyone was very courteous and respectful, and the salespeople were very helpful. i want to get their windows before fall. i have an in-law who has their windows and he loves them. 5/5!
