We had 5 estimates they are they cheapest for triple pane. The windows came in three weeks. The installers did a very good job and cleaned up well. I will recommend to freinds

Not a lifetime warranty. I purchesed windows fron Jack's in 1997 and was satisfied for a few years. The windows began fogging up and they replaced a few. Now there are 5 more wind...

this is one of the best experiences i have had with a home improvement company. you would not believe how professonal they are, you won't believe how low their pricesare, and the quality of work is fantastic! the only gripe i have about the company is how annoying it is to get ahold of one of the managers - i had to wait on hold for 3 minutes, although they did mention that he was busy with a call and had another call lined up.\r \r oh well, great job!!!!! more

jacks put in a large slider in the front of my house, and soem glass block windows in the basement. i was very happy with the work that they did, although they did reschedule the initial sales appointment a few hours before the salesperson was due to show up. \r \r the windows, quality, and customer service has been great. i am very happy i went with them. the installers were great, they even cleaned up and vaccumed some debris that wasnt even theirs. \r \r very happy. more

Slider 9/29/2010

I had Jack's install a new patio slider in my cottage. They were very professional and friendly from start to finish. The work is great! It looks like a new house from the back. They had some trouble getting the old metal slider out but they took their time and the quality of their work shows. I would also refer my sales associate, John, to anyone. more

jack's came out to replace 13 windows in our trailer. i was happy with there respnse becuz they were the only company that called me back. i put my phone number into 2 other online sites and they didnt even call. oh well they are out the business. they did a good job and the instalers were fast and nice. like wat i see. more

Timely install and very professional. Cleaned up the work site and looked just as it did when they arrived. The salesman was polite but not pushy and needy. We will use this company in the future and refer to friends.? more

I was very happy with the price! I got every other window for free! They were half the price of any of the legitimate companies I saw, and close to some of the smaller guys installing a questionable window. more

I am fairly confident that they will do a great job because they did for my parents. The only complaint was that one of the screens was ripped after the install was done. (My dad didn't let that go.)\r \r I will update this when they are installed\r \r - Becky more

For some reason when I saw uncle sam wink at me I could not resist, LOL. \r \r I have not had the windows installed yet but have had a goodd experience so far. very low pricing for what they are selling, well cheaper than hansons and sears.\r \r DO NOT CALL CHAMPION! They were extremely high and lied almost every time they opened their mouths. They were third out and lied about all the other companies I had seen - pushiest salesperson I have ever interacted with.\r \r I will update this if things don't go well with the installation, but judging by the other comments here I have a good feeling.\r \r Shags more

Jacks Wholesale came out to look at the windows in my parents house about two years ago. They bought and liked them so i did the same.\r \r It's been about three weeks since they went in and I think that it is one of the best purchases I've ever made! I cannot believe the difference. the looks, the operation. I am 100% satisfied!\r \r would recommend to people i know. more

I had Jack's install 11 brand new windows in my entire home. The salesman was very friendly, the price was great, and installation went well. I would highly recommend Jack's to anyone looking to buy new windows. It's been almost 2 years since I've had my windows installed and I've had no problems whatsoever. I give Jacks an A+ rating. more

Jack's did an okay job with the windows on my trailer. Did have one problem (one came in cracked), but they did fix it later.\r \r Might use them for siding in the future, we'll see how the windows hold out for me. Quality of work and service was very good though. more

Had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They were way less expensive than the two other companies we had out (for high-end products) and we are glad we invested.\r \r Very friendly and helpful. Still waiting on my MI Adventure Tickets, but she said they mailed that to me at the end of last week. more

They installed 20 windows for our ranch house last week. I had a great experience with everyone - very helpful, friendly, etc.\r \r The installers seemed to know what they were doing and the work looks great! \r \r Overall great experience, start to finish. more

i had them put a bow window in the front of our house. we didn't have any problems and everything looks much nicer.\r \r i would refer them to people. they gave me a free thermostat for having them come out but it doesn't work. more

jack's put siding up on our house and now it looks completely different! i can't believe how much different it looks.\r \r everyone was very courteous and respectful, and the salespeople were very helpful.\r \r i want to get their windows before fall. i have an in-law who has their windows and he loves them.\r \r 5/5! more
