About three weeks ago, my truck just stalled, wouldn't crank. I figured the alternator, and was told to repair it would be around $600. I had to get it towed to Jack's Tire. It wasn't the alternator. They scoped the vehicle up and down and couldn't find the problem right away. The tech went home and got on the Internet, dug deep and even spoke to other mechanics online. I get a call after three days of discovery to come and pick up my vehicle. The charge was $176. A wire was arcing the fuse and causing it not to crank. WOW! I don't know how he found it. I was figuring a HUGE charge for all the work. Thanks guys!! I will always trust taking my Honda Odyssey and ALL my family vehicles to Ricky and the guys at Jack's Tire. I've never had to worry one minute about a phantom charge or useless work that doesn't need to be done. They always check out the whole vehicle for me and let me know how close I am to needing something done. If there is a doubt about anything, they call me for the go ahead. Great work ethic, morals, honesty and integrity. This is a gem of a business, like it was when I was growing. There is never a question as to where to tell my family and friends to take their vehicles. Thank you ALL at Jack's Tire!!!
