The guys on the diesel side are great. Took care of an issue under warranty quickly. I tell everyone about this place and how great their service is.

Worst

It would be nice to have a written report of what was done and what additional findings were assumed. There is virtually no communication between client and repair tech.

Preventive Maintenance 5/2/2016

A typical first class treatment from a first class operation. I came in for the oil change and tire rotation for my 2009 Honda Odyssey van, that drives like its brand new, mainly because of the kid glove treatment from Ricky and the boys. Even Louis helped. Yes, Louis actually picks up the phone and works. Louis takes care of me and my family. I like to give him a hard time. He's a great addition at Jack's. We are scheduled to put on new tires next week. I don't know what I'd do without Ricky and Louis. Great place! Great people! Honesty is so hard to find these days! I recommend them highly! more

Great staff who is on top of everything. They know how to let the customer know what is going on with there vehicle even if it is something major- unlike the dealer who could careless about the customer but making money off of them more

Wheel Hub Bearings 3/19/2016

I took my 2005 Chevy Colorado to Ricky for my synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I bought my tires from Jack's Tires last year. During the routine service, Mike was checking the brakes, alignment and doing his thorough check when he noticed there was some give and movement in the hub. If the hub breaks, the wheel falls off, PERIOD! My safety and my children's safety is very important to me. It could of happened at any time. It was an accident waiting to happen. NOT ANY MORE! I'm very happy and most of all, very thankful for honest, efficient and staff that represent Jack's Tire & Service. more

Great place! 2/2/2016

We initially tried this business bc it's close to our house. However, we continue to use Jack's because they provide great work, they're honest, they don't try to tell me my vehicle needs work done when it's actually fine, they use OE parts, and they're timely with the work they do. Also, everyone who works there is kind and welcoming. Keep up the great work! more

Had a blown out tire on the way to work. They found my exact tire, transferred it to their shop, and put it on my car by that afternoon. more

Awesome 12/11/2015

As usual Rick got my daughter's car in right way for an oil change/tire rotation, then had a reasonable price when they found we needed a rear brake job. I ran the price by my son who is a mechanic in Colorado and he said they charge more time there for a brake job than Jack's does. Like I said awesome as usual more
