About a few weeks ago I went into Jack in the Box with my boyfriend because he wanted to go. I didn't order anything so I was just sitting there waiting and I noticed the music they were playing over the radio was Spanish music. It was a nice song I admit but I felt like I was at a Mexican restaurant. Is this something corporate allows and wants to portray? Doubtful.
Then this morning at 1 a.m. January 23rd, we went through the drive through and the lady taking our order took at least a good minute before even greeting us and then she said, ""Can you please wait?"" I didn't say anything so maybe I should have but I was really tired. Then another minute goes by and I say, ""Are you ready?"" By the way, we saw a few cars in front of us but they didn't look really busy so it was strange for them to be taking so long. I was a little tired and frankly irritated so I quietly counted from 10 to 1 before I figured I would just leave then as soon as I said 1, she was ready.
my boyfriend got a chicken club sandwich combo and I got a breakfast biscuit sausage combo. she got our order right but when I opened my sandwich at home, there was no sausage to be found and the biscuit easily crumbled in my hands. the tater tots were minimally just warm enough. At least she asked us if we wanted ketchup. They were out of ranch. Our napkins looked like paper towels from the bathroom. Mostly, I'm just irritated about the sandwich first and foremost, then the wait time and that's it.
