GREAT COMPANY\r Hired a florist from the internet, and from a website. They went out of business. Panic came in. I called and I shopped, what to do?\r Then I met up with Jack & Rose and they helped me recover some of my lost money. They made ""it"" work. I was so relieved. They really cared about me. They really felt bad and wanted to help. The owner Jack was so caring about what happened to me. He was nothing less than a wonderful person who tried to help me. He said over and over that he felt so bad for me and wanted to help in any way. I couldn't believe it. It was like he was a guardian angel!\r Great company. more

I was getting married and had to look for music, flowers, photo, etc. when it came to flowers I didn't know where to go. I came across Jack & Rose by meeting the owner Jack himself, as a supportor of a pediatric cancer foundation. He was amazing! The effort he put out and his wife was so incredible. They were so outgoing in their goals to reach for children's cancer. They have raised so much money and put in so much time for this cause. After speaking with them, I learned that they also network with other charities as well. Such professional, and kind, caring people. I was so taken back. I was so impressed that I decided to see what the possibilities would be for our wedding. I had no idea that their work was so creative, and the service was what I expected from caring professionals. Much of their revenue is returned in a contribution for fighting cancer. Unusual to find today, I was so happy with my choice for Jack & Rose. I couldnt have been more pleased. Jack has made his team a clone of his own personality that apparantly shows care and concern first before the mightly dollar. more

CREATIVE GENIUS!\r I LOOKED FOR A CREATIVE FLORIST FOR OUR WEDDING. i WENT TO NINE, YES NINE FLORISTS. I GUESS I WAS CRAZY INSANE, BUT NEEDED TO KNOW AND HAVE DIFFERENT FLOWERS, NOT THE TYPICAL EVERYDAY STUFF YOU SEE OVER AND OVER IN MAGAZINES....SOMETHING NEW AND EXCITING! WELL AFTER NINE FLORISTS THAT WERE RECOMMENDED, I FINALLY FOUND JACK & ROSE. YA KNOW I HAD WANTED TO GO THERE AS ONE OF MY PREFERRED FLORISTS, TOP 3, BUT NEVER GOT AROUND TO IT. NOW I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID. THEY ARE SO HELPFUL IN EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR WORK. AND IF YOU ASK A QUESTION THEY ARE THERE TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND. NEVER COCKY LIKE SOME OTHER PLACES. NOT RUDE LIKE MANY OTHERS THAT THINK THEY ARE ""IT"", NICE PEOPLE. MY FATHER GAVE THEM A HARD TIME WHEN WE WERE BOOKING, AND THEY WERE THERE UNDERSTANDING EVERY CHALLENGING QUESTION. THIS WAS OUR MOST FAVORITE VENDOR. THEY ARE SO NICE. SO GIVING!\r HAD A CHANCE TO MEET JACK, WHAT A WONDERFUL MAN. HE GAVE US THE ASSURANCE THAT OUR WEDDING WOULD BE PERFECT, AND YA KNOW, IT WAS!\r HE AND THE TEAM AT JACK & ROSE DELIVERED EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND MUCH MUCH MORE. WE WERE SO PLEASED.\r THE FLOWERS WERE SO CREATIVE AND SO FRESH. THE PHOTGRAPHER EVEN SAID THEY LOOK GREAT, SINCE HE HAS HAD BAD EXPERIENCES BEFORE WITH OTHER FLOWER COMPANIES. HE SAID HE HAS NEVER HEARD A BAD WORD ABOUT JACK & ROSE, AND THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOREVER. THERE ARE SO MANY NEW FLOWER STORES, BUT WE REALLY WANTED AN EXPERIENCED COMPANY, ONE THAT HAS DECADES OF SERVICE. GREAT FLOWERS\r 2 YEARS OF PLANNING WENT BY SO QUICKLY. WOW. WHERE DID THE TIME GO? CHAD AND i HAD SO MUCH TO DO, AND WE HAD LOTS OF MEETINGS, WITH WORK, AND THE FACT THAT i LIVED IN MANHATTAN, AND HE IN NEW JERSEY DIDN'T MAKE IT ANY EASIER. BUT JACK & ROSE DID.\r WHENEVER WE NEEDED TO SEE THEM THEY WERE SO COOPERATIVE ABOUT THEIR TIME. OF COURSE WE COULDN'T EXPECT THEM TO CHANGE THEIR HOURS OR DAYS, BUT THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO MAKE THE DAYS AVAILABLE AND THE TIMES THROUGHOUT THE WEEKDAYS. ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL.\r ABOUT THE FLOWERS, WELL THEIR FLOWER DESIGNS ARE SO CREATIVE, MANY MODERN PIECES, AND TRADITIONAL AS WELL. SO WE HAD A LARGE SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM. MOST OF EVERYTHING IS CUSTOMIZED ANYWAY TO THE WAY YOU LIKE IT. \r FLOWERS ON THE DAY WERE BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED. SO FRESH. LASTED ALL DAY, AND A FEW MORE AFTER THE WEDDING. THEY INCLUDED SOME EXTRA ITEMS AT NO COST, WE THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY GENEROUS OF THEM. AFTER ALL WHO INCLUDES GIFTS TODAY. THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE, AND THERE IS PLENTY OF ASSISTANCE WHENEVER YOU NEED IT. THEY HAVE 24 HOUR PHONE SERVICE WITH VOICE MAIL, AND THEY ALWAYS CALL YOU BACK. I LOVE THEIR CONTRACT. VERY ORGANIZED TOO. YOU CAN REALLY UNDERSTAND IT AND THEY GIVE YOU GUIDLINES TO CARE FOR THE FLOWERS TOO. WE THOUGHT THAT WAS A PLUS, AFTER ALL, HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU GET MARRIED? AFTER THESE FLOWERS AND THE FUN WE HAD AT OUR WEDDING, I'D HAVE ANOTHER PARTY THOUGH. LOL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ABOVE ALL OTHERS. 5 STARS! more

OVER THE TOP! \r ADDRESS: 300 WOODBURY ROAD, WOODBURY,L.I.\r I cant begin to tell you how excited we are. First of all, anyone to say anything negative needs to have the head examined,(saying it politely, Their contract is WONDERFUL, it is in 3 chapters for very easy reading and is typed, which fiance' and I both loved, since so many contract/orders, including our caterers was a carbon paper which we could never make head or tails out of. Next they want to give us their time, amazing! Most places we visited said where's the money and see you later. Here, they ask for a deposit, and no more until they help you with ideas, and planning, and colors, and stuff. all great stuff. The caterer told us they are the most consistent and never have a problem with jack and rose. Actually the photographer said to me that they wanted a engagement session months ahead of time and then wanted to go to a park before the church, and when I told him Jack & Rose, he was thrilled like i was his daughter or something like that, a relative or so. He said they are never late and their flowers are always fresh! I was so relieved and happy to hear that i had no worries, cause you dont know sometimes until its too late. The weeding was crazy beautiful. people went nuts over the flowers.\r So did we. I wanna do it all over again. Oh and for what its worth, they threw in so much stuff too! Flowers lasted til after our honeymoon. Crazy right! You should definitely go here! more

????? SERVICE BEYOND COMPARE!!!\r Oh my goodness! What a great florist! They are incredible! \r They spent nearly 2 hours with fiance' and me about every detail you could imagine. I couldn't be happier. \r They have so many ideas, and offer a special meeting one to one that tells them, or me, what flowers would work. That's great cause i had no clue. I met with Suzanne, then Patty, then Evelyn, one was just as good as the other. I said to them you have some team, they smiled and said, we have been together for over 10 years, while the company has for several decades. That means alot to me/us. My father actually called to see what happened to us since we were gone for so long. He couldn't imagine spending so much time in a florist. I can! So many details to point out. Modern arrangements and some traditional. So creative. The service and attention to us was more than I needed, and more than I could ever ask for. \r They are the ones!!!\r more

Jack & Rose is simply the best! They say they have been in business for 82 years.\r well it definitely shows. They were right on, with my colors, and feel that bruce and I wanted for our special day. I was able to share my vision with Jack, and he took the ball and ran with it. He is so helpful, and caring, and got his team involved in demonstrating ideas, with various alternate choices of color, and fabric with many different images. He was on top of every detail to make sure I would know what is available. They actually give you a personal floral coordinator that works with you throughout the planning. I thought that was awesome! I never had any stress there, in fact they were most helpful in other areas as well whenever I asked for their advice. When I was shopping I was amazed about how many caterers recommend them, and work with them. Now we see why. My caterer said they are a very ""hands on""company. Yes they are, on our big day, they waited for us to arrive at our reception place only to make sure we were happy. Well Jack & Rose you delivered our vision. We will always remember. Thank you! more

OUR WEDDING WAS PERFECT. OUR HONEYMOON MEMORABLE, AND WHEN WE CAME HOME ALL WE HEARD ABOUT WAS THAT THE FLOWERS WERE INCREDIBLE! jACK & ROSE IS A ONE OF A KIND COMPANY. THEY ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT OUR WEDDING! THIS IS HARD TO FIND IN TODAY'S BUSINESS WORLD. FOR ANYONE NOT TO APPRECIATE THE EXPERIENCE AT THIS ONE OF A KIND COMPANY IS ASHAME. QUALITY, SERVICE, CREATIVITY IS WHAT WE WANTED AND WHAT WE REC'D. WE MET WITH A FEW DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBERS THAT WERE SO OUTGOING AND HELPFUL. This florist is no match for others. Why waste your time going elsewhere!\r The service and care are incredible! So much time was made available and they never curtailed our appts. They actually help you create your own designs. The quality is superb. Their prices are reasonable, and they never changed the cost of anything I wanted. If I added flowers on they were nice enough to help discount the cost. What more can we have asked for. Fiance' has an advertising company and was blown away at the service, and attention to every detail. Jack the owner was so kind whenever we had the opportunity of meeting him. He really expressed over the top care that his team was prepared to follow. Definitely an experienced caring professional.\r Our best vendor!!! \r more

Well, I have to say I HATED Jack & Rose! If not for Jack's assistant Patty he would probably be out of business! He was the most obnoxious and arrogant man I've ever done business with. If my initial meeting would have been with him, I never would have used them! \r \r I met with Patty originally and thought she was great. I signed my contract and left my deposit. A week or two later I received a ridiculous contract that was about 12 pages long. It was the most confusing thing I've ever seen. It had bold type, things were underlined, highlighted, it was like a circus on paper! \r \r My next meeting was with Patty, she called me the day of our meeting to cancel. I was very understanding and re-scheduled. The day of my second meeting Patty was busy and told me I would be meeting with Jack. This was my ""Design Session"", in which he really had nothing to offer. He showed me pictures in books. Everything I liked and pointed out, he said, ""Oh that's probably 50 -75 flowers. Your contract has 36 flowers."" When I expressed to him that I thought his contract was confusing, he nearly jumped out of his seat, saying, ""The program for that contract cost me a lot of money. No one has ever said that before. It is clear and shows you exactly what you are getting!"" After that he felt the need to be a wise a*$, saying things like, ""I hope this isn't confusing you."" When I gave him the mapquest directions to the church, he said, ""All of this stuff on this paper is confusing me, what is the address?"" I could go on and on. \r \r My caterer got involved and rather then lose the $1500 they already had of my money, I just dealt with Patty. She was a great buffer and really tried to calm me down. She returned my calls immediately. If I had to rate Patty, she would get 5 stars all across the board. I have to be honest, she is great and my flowers were beautiful. What a GREAT florist!!!\r Did our wedding this past February 2010 and couldn't expect anything more. Firstly the staff was always beyond just helpful. They were so outgoing, and willing to please, They took my vision and perfected it to a much higher level. We had a few meetings, privately, always listening to my thought patterns, and then they took off on these ideas and developed them to a most creative appearance. I wanted a different wedding, and they delivered it. Their team was also very knowledgeable, and respectful on our wedding day, offering help whenever possible. All I can say is, please do not do what we did in wasting our time initially by going to 5 florists, Jack & Rose does ""one wedding a day"", with ""same day designing"", from each location so the flowers were made on our day, so very fresh and beautiful. Considering it was a brutal cold winter day, they made sure nothing was frozen either, except our toes...lol. We highly recommend the flowers of Jack & Rose, with unbeatable service!
