My two girls, 3 1/2 and 2 years old, had their first hair cut ever. The older one is very sensitive and can't stand machines or anything that plugs into walls. Ahead of time, she told me she didn't want anything to do with scissors. Both stylists were patient and offered the girls careful explanations. Momentary looks of panic on their faces were no more than momentary. Worth the prices, even though they are bit more than we'd ideally like to spend. The girlies got to ride in cars whilst the hair cutting took place. The girls got their hair and bangs trimmed; looks great. We were treated very well and will likely return at some point.
