Brett with JT Dunn installed a new HVAC system in my home in December of 2010. He presented several options to me, along with rebates, incentive programs and financing options. We chose to install a top of the line high efficiency system with a heat pump. Brett included a top of the line thermostat, humidifier, and media air cleaner. We made a big investment but wanted the best of the best. We have Even Pay with Laclede and they reduced our payment amount by $20 a month in February, the coldest month of the year! Our new heat pump/furnace is extremely efficient. In July Ameren reduced our electric even pay as well. Our house was as cold as we wanted it to be all summer long. If we set the temp to 68 it stayed 68 no matter how hot it was outside. It was AMAZING!!!! The new system is truly the most efficient system that we could have got. In the past year Brett has made numerous visits to check the system as well as call to follow up to make sure things are still going well. We got all of this at the best price and I can't believe the level of service Brett makes after the sale. I would recommend JT Dunn for all your HVAC needs. He is a great guy and genuinely knows how to take care of his customers! more

As a fully satisfied customer ,I am writing this review about J.T.Dunn,Airconditioning company expressing my great appreciation for the work done by one of his associates..At a desperate situation when a company I called first was trying to take advantage of my helpless urgent situation,I called J.T Dunn company for a second opinion as I felt the estimate quoted by the first company was too high.Mr.Brett from J.T .Dunn company who picked up my call assured me to come and look at the problem at his earliest time.His pleasant manners and his commitment to customers made me switchover the job to his company.At one stage when Brett realized that the part needed for the repair will be available the next morning only,he was willing to put a portable A/C unit to keep one level cool for the people to sleep during night.This shows how this company cares for their customers.Finally as promised the repair was done the next day morning at a relatively low cost when compared to the high estimate given by the first company.Another good point about this company is that they give 90 days warranty for all the repairs done by them.So if anybody asks me any reference for a low cost,most efficient and friendly company to do any aircondition job, I will strongly recommend,J.T.Dunn company. Brett is very knowledgeable in this field and a great problem solver. He was able to fix our system cheaper and with better quality than the other companies who had looked at the same system. Out of the four companies who came to look at our system Brett was the only one who took the time to listen to my concerns and truly address the problems we were experiencing with our system. He gave an excellent description of what needed to be done and how it would improve the overall climate in our house. Although the job was very difficult to complete due to the lack of space, Brett and Kyle made sure it was done quickly and correctly. Their workspace was very clean when they left, which makes for a very happy wife. I could go on for hours explaining how please I am with the quality of work Brett and Kyle were able to do.
