JRP contacted me quickly and managed to schedule my stucco job the same week. I am pleased with the work completed and the timing in which it was completed.

The owner, Joe, was quick to contact me, then a little slow after that. It all worked out all right. I would just suggest that Joe be a little more timely in his responses. more

Great company 1/7/2016

Great company. Joe and JRP remodeled the exterior of our home - re-stuccoing, painting, and removing some dated accents. They did a great job, on schedule, and on budget (and the quote was significantly lower than the competitors). They left the site clean, and even took the time to trim some of our plants at no charge. I strongly recommend Joe and JRP. more

Very pleased with the outcome! 12/27/2015

This job was to 'resurface' the exterior of an older home that had a mission style finish down to a smoother finish.We spoke with a variety of stucco professionals and ended up deciding on Joe. Not just for the price (which was very competitive), but for other areas of expertise that we may need on a big remodel. The work was done on time, they cleaned up the mess and the work came out beautifully. His recommendations to enhance the job were spot on and we love the result. We ended up adding stone elements around the house and the chimney and a gorgeous smoothed out stucco finish in a very nice brown that is keeping with the 'ranch' style we are creating for the home. There was an error in the bid and he was honest that it was his mistake, understood why we read it the way we did and was professional in his requests to square the deal reasonably. We were able to work through it properly and professionally and are very pleased with the outcome! more

He seemed knowledgeable 12/22/2015

I purchased a $99 deal for 3 hours of stucco repair/maintenance in early October. They came by about a week and a half ago. He seemed knowledgeable. I thought I would have an estimate by one week later, November 12, but I am still waiting for the proposal. It's been about two weeks now. I wasn't in a hurry for the job, but he doesn't seem too eager to get moving on the job. If I don’t hear from him soon, I will cancel the deal. Beside being a bit sluggish, they were fine though. more

I have had a great experience with JRP and Joe! 12/22/2015

They redid the stucco on my home in Carlsbad 5 years ago. It still looks great and I have referred them to client that have used them that are happy as well. They were quick and did a great job with all the little details. I had a spot that was damaged by a gardener and Joe sent a guy out to fix it and it matches perfectly. I have had a great experience with JRP and Joe! more

What an outstanding experience! 12/17/2015

I recently had JRP do some stucco patching and paint my house. I was blown away by how quickly and how well it was done.I worked directly with Joe who did a great job of communicating throughout the entire process. He paid attention to my time sensitive needs. His guys (who are very nice, neat, skilled and FAST) had all the stucco patches done and painted the entire exterior of our house, including trim, within 5 days of meeting him for the first time! Amazing! (1 day for stucco and 4 for paint)His quote for the stucco work blew everyone else out of the water by a substantial margin, and his price for paint work was fair and reasonable.Joe is a super nice guy and I would urge anyone looking for this type of work to be done to give him a call. I have already recommended JRP to a couple people and look forward to using Joe again!What an outstanding experience! more

Large job or small you will get great work 12/14/2015

I have worked with Joe on various projects over the last 10 years and he continures to impress me with his ability to look at any project and imagine it completed and the steps it needs to go through to get there - on every budget level. Joe will work hard for you and will always give you a 110% along with a cheeky smile and a joke. Large job or small you will get great work and you wont have made a bad decision to call him more

My wife and I just bought a new home that's a total fixer-upper. We originally called Joe out to just have a look at some exterior stucco repair but he was so helpful and knowlegable about all sorts of things so we turned him loose on a number of other repair jobs as well. He did a great job and followed up later to make sure things with the house remodel were going along ok. We'll call him out again no doubt. more

We hired Joseph to do a new stucco on a section of our house (previously wood shingles) and then restucco the rest of the front to match and had a great overall experience. The work they did was excellent. We hit a few problems because of the age of the house and some work done by the previous owners that was poorly done. Joseph offered a range of different solutions to fit our budget. Overall, he was a consummate professional. Personable, timely, great work and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to hire him again and recommend him to friends and family. more

We recently had JRP stucco an addition for our house. They did a great job! Joe was quick, efficient and well priced. His team worked hard, cleaned up, and the stucco on the addition matches the rest of the house perfectly. He even filled a couple of holes on the existing part of the house. Will definitely be using them for any future stucco needs 11/12/2015

We had a stucco patch done by JRP, and it looks like there was never a hole in the side of the house. It is a perfect match. Joe was very pleasant, gave us an estimate faster than anybody else (and a lot less expensive), and was really knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely be using them for any future stucco needs. more

As a contractor myself I am very picky about who I have work on my projects. Joe with JRP Plastering is my go to plastering guy. Aside from providing great stucco and plastering repair for my clients (we occasionally have to take out sections or areas to run wires) he also is my go to guy for any work I need done on my own home. I will continue to recommend JRP to all my friends and family for any stucco, plastering and home beautification projects. more

I am so happy 9/29/2015

It sometimes takes time to completely realize your perfection of work. I am so happy. I look at what was completed in Dana Point around the same time (pretty much coping what you did) and they have crack/other problems. You took the time to drive me around the neighborhood and find out what I like then made the whole project come together even better. I think your years of experience is what made our home come together so well. I get so many compliments about the look of the house and you fixed all the problems. I'm back to loving the rain without the window leaks, etc. I guess I didn't in the past look at stucco like I do now. Thanks for what I learned from you, thanks for the best. more

Joe was a fantastic person I like their work always I know him from five years and his work is always good for the customer. he was always friendly with the customer. I work with him at lest five project and all the project was great with him. He is always able to do hard work and he was nappy on his work. more

I will use JRP plastering for my next project. 8/14/2015

Joe is very courteous and professional and takes great pride in his work. We had some stucco work done to an existing garage and it came out better than expected. Joe was thoughtful enough to follow through later in the evening to make sure it was drying in time for the rain coming the next day. I will use JRP plastering for my next project. more
