This job was to 'resurface' the exterior of an older home that had a mission style finish down to a smoother finish.We spoke with a variety of stucco professionals and ended up deciding on Joe. Not just for the price (which was very competitive), but for other areas of expertise that we may need on a big remodel. The work was done on time, they cleaned up the mess and the work came out beautifully. His recommendations to enhance the job were spot on and we love the result. We ended up adding stone elements around the house and the chimney and a gorgeous smoothed out stucco finish in a very nice brown that is keeping with the 'ranch' style we are creating for the home. There was an error in the bid and he was honest that it was his mistake, understood why we read it the way we did and was professional in his requests to square the deal reasonably. We were able to work through it properly and professionally and are very pleased with the outcome!
