Very fast with claims 5/14/2012

I recently suffered some damage to my scooter, so after contacting my insurance agent, (J.R) I took it in to a shop for an estimate and repairs. [] []In just a few days, the company appointed adjusted arrived at my doorstep to give an assessment of my damage. After that, a check was sent out, and viola, my damage is repaired. The entire process was handled so quickly that it felt like The most pleasing part of this whole ordeal was that neither my monthly payments nor my deductible were affected by this at all. J.R and his team were refreshingly efficient in their efforts. [] more

Amazing agent! 5/14/2012

J.R Orenstein has been an amazing agent for me as well as my family. I desired some who was local and that I could easily get a hold of if needed, and J.R has absolutely been that person. Presently, he covers every one of my insurance needs. I?ve been so satisfied with him and his staff that I have, and will continue to, recommend him to all of my friends and family. J.R Orenstein has been an amazing agent for me as well as my family. I desired some who was local and that I could easily get a hold of if needed, and J.R has absolutely been that person. Awesome insurance, awesome referral system. 5/10/2012

I have a few accidents on my record, so I wasn't shocked that I was ineligible for a policy, but my brother (who lives on his own) has a clean record. I sent him to the office, and I believe he ended up with a life insurance policy in addition to car insurance. What I know is, I ended up with a $10 VISA Card for the referral! Gotta love that. more

I got a call from this agency about receiving a free rate quote on an full coverage auto policy for my motorcycle, and I took it. The quote was cheaper than what I was paying, and I decided to go with them. I?ll be coming back for other insurance to take advantage of their great rates. Pros: null Cons: null more

Great Neck State Farm 3/15/2012

I switched to this agency this past week. They were fantastic. I put all my insurance on one monthly bill, including my car and my wife's car, our home insurance, and jewelry policy. I pay about $220 per month. That was way less than liberty mutual. more

Really good insurance agency 6/11/2009

I cannot say enough about my experience with J.R. Orenstein's State Farm Agency. I was getting huge increases from my old company and J.R. saved me $400 on my home insurance and $200 on my auto insurance. On top of that, they took care of cancelling my old insurance and came to me to take pictures of the car. I would recommend them to ANYONE. I also like the fact that i have one person i can rely on when i have a question, instead of going through some menu system and getting a random operator. When i call this office, a human answers and can help me immediately. more
