Not only did Matt call and give an accurate estimate of arrival time, but he came in with a smile and very professional manner. He did his job and gave me information I needed as well as helpful advice. He completed the job and cleaned up everything in a very reasonable amount of time. Very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I’d definitely call them again if needed and highly recommend them. more

Excellent service from Matt Green 12/5/2018

Matt Green was punctual and very detailed in his maintenance of my Heatilator fireplace. He readily resolved my issue, thoroughly checked all of the components. As he worked, he explained the operation of all of the components as well as the safety features of my particular model. He was very careful of my home and furnishings as he worked, which I really appreciated as well. more

FANTASTIC customer service and products. Charles is so kind and professional and consistently goes well above and beyond for his customers. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with regard to our two direct vent fireplaces. He gave troubleshooting advice and walked me through all processes, and even helped check my smoke alarm detectors when he heard them chirping! His answer: he’d like to help because our safety was his priority. Talk about a great guy. We’re so impressed that we’re looking at them for other services. more

Heating and Air After hours Service 3/5/2018

I called Jr Bolten on friday evening and spoke with Al we told him the issue and he said he thought he knew what the problem was and scheduled a appointment the next morning. He called me to let me know he was on his and showed up on time. He was very nice and had the issue figured out quickly. He explained the issue and the cost and then he made the repair . I appreciate the fact that he was so courteous and helpful in explaining everything to me and that they he came after hours. I will be calling him back for the yearly checks on the system and any other issue that may arise. more
