It seems as though whenever I plan to go to this store with my flyer in hand they are always OFS means "out of stock" ALWAYS on the sale items. I would think that management could let corporate know they have a "demand" larger than what is shipped to the store and get the ratio increased!!!! more

Customer Service is horrible. 7/21/2010

The last two times I have ben in Jo-Ann Fabrics I swore I would not go back. I have never seen such rudeness in customer service. Both of the people happened to be men and I mean they were so rude to customers, I saw two people put their purchases down and walk out of the store in disgust. Since Jo-Ann's is the only place in town to purchase fabric and other sewing and craft needs (other than Wal-Mart - yuck), you would think they would really focus on customer service. more

I miss hancocks.... 10/3/2005

This is about all we have for fabric stores... Others are pricey- but, this one is it. I can't say service is horrible- they're always super sweet- but, there's just not a huge selection. more
