Don't order the salad for takeout! 2/6/2011

We ordered pizza, wings and 3 tossed salads....the pizza and wings were good. The salads were only 3.50 each so we got 3, for 10.50. Not only did the 3 salads not make up enough for two people combined but all the lettuce was brown. Don't order the salad! I'm only going to give them 1 star because they let that salad out the door... more

OVERCHARGED DEBIT CARD 6/14/2010

Ordered take out meals for 3 people. Charge was reasonable then when I checked my account online found I was charged 35% more then what the bill was for. I called and spoke to the manager on her cell phone as this was Monday and they are closed till Wednesday and was told this was something that the bank does not Roman Villa and the overcharge should be refunded in 72 hours. I called the bank and was told they do not hold the amount plus 35% more, that is the restraurant. Who to believe? I know I will not go to Roman Villa again in less I am paying with cash. more

They catered my 40th birthday party in May. I had about 60 people in and out all day and night. The owner Bill followed up with me, offered a great price and their deliver and set up were right in time. Their food was exact what we wanted. Outstanding!!!! Pros: Service, price, food. Cons: NOTHING!! more
