Yearly A/C maintenance performed. Technician came to the door introduced himself and put on protected foot covering before entering which I appreciated. He performed the usual maintenance checks and brought to my attention a part that was below standard performance levels. He explained the situation thoroughly and replaced parts. He was competent and explained everything that was done during the service call. Answered all my questions. more

Jared and Kyle have been providing us with service and products for the past 5 years or so. They go out of their way to provide great support and customer service, always professional, respectful, and thorough. They don't quit on an issue until it's done. The company on a whole compared to the several other companies I have had out to my house were professional seem to be clean a level of sophistication. No fear that the tech was scoping out my house to rob me later which I worry about having getting estimates from several. I might of paid at least 200 more than I wanted to on tanked water heater but I did get an expansion tank. And the work the technician Jared did was phenomenal. The original builders just thru the piping together so that when I got my basement finished I would of had padding and pipe in the way it made no sense why it was done the way it was done. Other techs had mentioned they didnt understand why builders didnt make it neater. Jared said it best they did what was easy. I appreciate Jared taking the time and quality in his work. I am excited to work with this company in the future no matter the cost(kinda). I am for Quality and Pride in ones work and this tech showed me that. The only complaint I may have is I was told things would be a quick process because two techs would show up in my home plus my salesman who took my order to make sure everything ran smoothly. There seemed to be communication problem and the second tech who was in training arrived later and had no knowledge of what I was promised. The work done out weighed the quality outweighed my only complaint. And next time if I go with them I understand we all got to learn but no one in training please my time is valuable I had stuff going on or least the help/trainee needs to show up on time more

We became intersted in Kinetico in the middle 80's. I found out the water units were powered by water pressure NOT electricity. I found this hard to believe so I requested a copy of the United States Patent 3,891,552, dated June 24, 1975 to look over. My wife and I have enjoyed the worry free service of our awesome Kinetico water softner and reverse osmosis units since mid 80's. You do not have to worry about your units when going on vacation. They only run when you use them. Nothing to unplug, etc. You could say we went Green in the mid 80's and are very happy we did. You can use Salt or Potassium. You do not taste the salt as much is removed from the water before it gets to your tap. We have enjoyed quality water since the mid 80's. The service has always been reliable. If you have not taken a look at Kinetico, maybe now is the time to go green. more

What a fine young gentleman. He answered all of my (many) questions without hesitation. Plus, he patiently waited around while I summoned a plumber to come repair the ball valve in the main water line to the house, because I broke the handle off of the valve. Then, he completed the job he came to do. I highly recommend TJ for whatever recognition you can give him. more

worked with Chris Jones on getting my water tested and after he explained all the benefits of his products and showed how it would eliminate all my water concerns I was sold. That led to me meeting Jared H. and T.J the installers who put in all my fantastic Kinetico equipment which i have done nothing but fall in love with. best showers i have ever had. cleanest dishes my dishwasher has ever put out. last thing to mention is how amazing my water tastes. Very professional young man who was mannerly, answered questions satisfactorily, thorough and efficient. However, the repairman did not having any clothing that indicated that he was from JFDWater. I saw the vehicle clearly labeled, though. Also, I would discourage male workers from wearing earrings. While this may seem judgmental, people do make judgement calls on appearance; the world just works this way. I had NO problem with his appearance but others might. Professional appearance paired with the very pleasant demeanor of this young man will take him further in his career. more
