The installer was very prompt and professional. He explained everything very well. When he left it was as clean as when he arrived. He left nothing behind including scraps of packing material, etc. Thank you! more

Kinetico home water system installed 8/3/2017

I had a water system installed a couple years ago. Jared H. Installed it and did a fabulous job. Very courteous and down to earth. Since then we changed out filter and the taste was not the same. So I called JFD and they came out right away. I got a new kinetico system. Again Jared H. Installed it. He's awesome! Would recommend him every time. Thanks Jared H. more

Courteous, professional and through. Ed D. came to service our air conditioning unit on the same day we called and did a wonderful job. He explained what he did and we got the air conditioning working in one of the hottest afternoon of summer. Congratulations to and the staff of J.F. Denney for the wonderful job they do. more

Hot water heater service 7/5/2017

Jared H replaced our hot water heater and carried off the old hot water heater. Jared did a great job and was very professional, efficient, and courteous. I would definitely recommend him for someone looking for plumbing services. more

ED D. HAS BEEN TAKING CARE OF OUR KINETICO WATER AND HVAC SYSTEMS FOR A YEAR NOW. WE FIND HIM TO BE PERSONABLE, COURTEOUS AND PARTICULARLY CONSCIENTIOUS WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICING OUR SYSTEMS. HE 'REBUILT' THE GUTS OF THE KINETICO LAST YEAR AND IT HAS BEEN PERFECT EVER SINCE. HE CLEANED AND SERVICED OUR FURNACE/HVAC LAST YEAR LIKE NONE OTHER. HE REALLY DID; NOT JUST SAYING THAT. WE REALLY LIKE HIM AND HOPE THAT HE CONTINUES TO BE OUR SERVICE PERSON FROM JFDENNEY. I WILL REQUEST HIM EVERY SINGLE TIME. more

I have been a customer with JF Denny's since 2007 when I purchased our new home. JF Denny's truly eptimizes the meaning of customer first, their attention to detail, commitment to excellence, caring, and friendship is beyond reproach. The company consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is is taken care of. Ed, who replaced Roger after he retired is excellent and is a direct reflection of the Roger, (who retired in May) and the entire organization. All I can say is thank you again for being their, taking care of us and keeping our systems running like new. more
