My husband and I were caught in the middle of a renovation to our home and needed help. J.B. came in and was excellent at telling us step by step what needed to be done to get us back on track. We were able to salvage a lot of our previous work and even able to get the contractor we had hired to get his act together. J.B.'s advice and efforts were great! more

I found JB Contractors via a friend who knows the owner personally and I needed someone quick. They came out and looked at the trouble I had been left with and gave me great advice on what I could do as well as made me feel better about the contractor who I had already hired. My project wasn't huge but my budget was more than what they ultimately charged me. They were clean and not trying to sell me more than I needed. The best part was the amount of details they are willing to share freely and I never felt like they were hiding anything. That was not my experience in the past with other projects. They also gave me a file at the end of the job that had all my warranty information from lights and stuff that I had installed. They are currently working on my mothers home and will probably be hired to do work for my brother on his storage complex next. They don't have a bunch of garbage to deal with and absolutely know what they are doing. more

Jeph is a different type of fella but has done right by me thus far in my year of working with him. Michelle is great too and is very good at everything he isn't so good at. Keep up the good work guys. more

I worked for Jeph and Michelle for about 3 months and saw a lot of things that I admired in a company. We had weekly meetings in which we were showed how to be not only better employees but how to be better people. Both took time regularly to talk to us on anything we asked. We were told to do whatever it took to make people happy that was within our power. Unfortunately I got pregnant and had to leave the job. This company worked for over a month to make sure that everything I wanted was incorporated into my project. They finished my home 3 days late but never gave excuses or asked for more money. Everything happened like they said but the completion date. I did make several changes along the way that should have taken over a week of extra time to complete but they didn't fuss. Great contractor and great people! I highly recommend J.B. to anyone and everyone. Pros: Told me what I needed for a successful project. Cons: Not the cheapest but worth the money. more

Sonya's Dance World sued JB Contractors & Development. JB Contractors was found guilty of obtaining money from their client by false pretenses, false representations and actual fraud. The judgment was issued for $75,000 plus attorney fees and court costs. more
