I was recommended by my wife to have my car service here 4 years ago, and I have been a loyal customer ever since. Now my mom is a customer as well. Front desk staffs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and provides great customer service. Honest with price; otherwise I would had gone somewhere else, because of the high repairs of my high mileages 2006 Subaru. more

After bring our Saab in for repair, the problem disappeared. Rather than start replacing parts, JB Auto did not charge us anything for the service and their time trying to determine what the root cause of the problem was. more

Replacement tires 8/4/2013

When I came in for my oil change, I was told I needed 2 new tires. I couldn't stay or come back until 2 days later. I told James I could come in Friday, so he ordered my tires. Everything was Ok and everyone was fine. The only complaint I had was it took over an hour and a half. Next time I will ask for an appointment. more
