James and the guys are really good at keeping a customer happy. They checked my car over, changed the brakes and rotors, and it runs well. Thanks guys! Nice to have a dependable and honest auto shop within walking distance! more

Did not follow through 9/30/2013

I left my car for an oil change and told you I would be back after you closed so please leave my keys locked in car and I will bring my spare. You said "no problem". I got there around 7 and no keys! Gas attendant could not locate them and had no access to garage. I hope when I call today you have them. Then I have to figure out how to get them as I work in Boston and am home after you close and leave before you open. Also my gym pass is on the key ring....my bad more

Convenient location 9/19/2013

In "On Time" Out "On Time" just an oil change but time was right. I thought it was a little expensive but the $49. special made it worth it. more

Service, Value and Engaging 9/16/2013

It's always a pain to have your car run badly. It's really difficult having moved from Chicago and needing to search out new service providers. I used Yelp. First place I tried gave great service (gave my wife a ride home and delivered car fixed), but when the repair didn't hold....out of business. JB stepped up on the first experience. Made the repair at a fair cost, same day and were engaging people. I'll be back for the second round with another vehicle. I'm hopeful for the second round....I'll let you know how it works out over time. more
