What I have to say is very simple about this man HE IS A LIAR!!! His word means nothing. Do not listen to any positive reviews they sound very suspect. He starred on Shame on you with Arnold Diaz FOX 5 NY... look up the following link. Also the NYC DCA who regulates all licenses in NYC has brought him to court on behalf of 12 families whom he ripped off. He was found gulity of 12 counts deceptive trade practices lost the judgement and is court ordered to pay 75,000 in fines, loss of his contractors license and ordered to pay 600,000.00 to the families he scammed. To which he has not paid one cent, but just a scammer will find a way not to. But hopefully his conscience will get the best of him, that is if he has one. Had excellent work done every time I've used J. Zac His workers showed up everyday at 8am worked all day and cleaned up everyday before they left for the night. I would highly recommend J Zac!! It's sad how one bad seed can ruin a company. more

Had JZAC work on my house 5 different occasions and was very pleased every time and all there workers were very professional and clean up everyday after them .Definitely would recommend and did everyone was happy with them,it's a shame that a bad worker can give the company a bad rep. more

John Zaccheo is not the fraud here. Wayne Drinkwine used his contracts to take money from you people. Dont blame the company because this guy was the culprit. Get your facts straight before you start pointing fingers. He does amazing work for 30 years all of a sudden hes going to steal money from people? That doesnt make sense. This man John Zaccheo and his J.Zac construction company have made my family live in hell for the past 2 years. One floor of our home is gutted, we have NOOO kitchen . We are washing dishes in our bathroom. He took our money has gutted our home and has not come back. He is the SCUM of the Earth. I come from a hard working family and to have someone like this in my own neighborhood do this is the lowest of the low. I never wish bad to anyone, but he has put me, my parents, and my siblings through so much, that i wish this happens to his children and his family. I recently had work done on my house by j.zac construction,which was done in a professional and timely manner. John was the person I bought the job from and was a pleasure to do bussiness with. I would recommend j.zac construction to do any home improvements. Pros: EXCELLENT WORK more

J zac recently put a dormer on my house. I highly reccomend them for any home improvemen jobs. They did their work in a timely fashion at some point they were even ahead of schedule. The work came out beautiful I was very happy with how they were friendly and tailored to my needs. more
