In 2006 I decided I wanted to replace all the windows in my house. After meeting with the owners of JZ Construction I was impressed with their courtesy and presentation. Both Joe and Teri are extremely knowledgeable about their product lines and are more than happy to accomodate your needs. The Anlin windows have made a major improvement to the look and value of my house. I had no problems with any of the staff aor crew and when adjustments needed to be made they were made quickly and without hesitation. Pros: Excellent customer service, Cons: None. more

My family and I have recently had our windows replaced by JZ Construction and we would like to express our gratitude, they have a great team all around, the professionalism and expertise that JZ displayed was remarkable. Their attention to detail and the courtesy they extended while working was absolutely astonishing. The owners Joe and Teri truly know the meaning of great ?Customer Service? even going as far as coming out themselves on the day of install just to make sure everything was going smoothly was impressive. In the end the quality of work as well as the product we purchased was exactly what we had been told to expect and so much more. Each of the people we came in contact with at the company exhibits in my mind exactly what true professionalism would be. My husband Joe and I have owned and operated JZ Construction since 1988. We take great pride in our reputation for providing the best workmanship and materials available on the market today. I have learned that no matter how hard you try to please people, one out of a thousand will want something for nothing. They may even go to the extent Mr. Calles went to and try to put a black mark on our good name using the internet and this website. Fortunately, we have thousands of happy customers who will attest to the quality of service we provide long after the sale. It would be nice if this website offered some type of investigation as to the validity of the claim before allowing it to be printed on your website. A quick review of our documentation would clearly show this complaint had no merit whatsoever. I ordered window's with JZ construction in 2005, They claimed to be the peoples choice for great customer service, although there service was great when putting the window's in know that we have had a problem they where not so good, We have tempered glass anlin window slider. a small rock got the window and it shattered while doing the yard. Not a problem because there sales person told us we have guraretee replacement on any one window for life. when we tried to use it she said oh!! thats not on tempered glass. then she said they never said that, then she said 200$ then it was 307$ then it was 317$ When I spoke with Anlin they said most construction company offer the replacement as a customer satifaction and his main company said they only had to replace 2 last year and it was worth the money to keep the customer happy. well JZ did not make this costomer happy. very unconstiant very good when putting window in. not good with customers after that. She acually told me if we replaced windows for our customers we would be broke. well I dont think that statement is helping you very much. what ever happen to the customer is always right!!I would not recommend JZ construction to anyone EVER!!!
