From the moment we called to set up an appointment we know this was the place for us. we used them for my wedding in early October and had a perfect experience. They offered updated styles and fits that looked amazing. I had a lot of out of town groomsmen and needed tuxes ready to be picked up at multiple locations and everything was ready according to plan. more

Bad experience on rental and also purchase... Picked up Tux and same time sold me a car coat.. Once I got home found out the Tux looked bad from the back and tailoring was terrible, my fault for taking their word and not looking closer myself.. Also buyer beware.. no refund policy on any and all purchases.. Even when not tailored... They will push the sale on you and not tell you about the return policy.. It is on receipt they put in bag.. Read it carefully before you buy or stay away completely.. This was the Newington store. more

Great customer service 2/19/2008

Great customer service, very attentive and fashionable staff that helped out someone that was clueless with tuxedos and wedding trends. My finacee and I were never rushed even though they were busy.. just go and see for yourself. JC Pros: Thumbs way up, Service, Ambience Cons: Closed Sundays but will set up appointment more

I found them to extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and they always have someone older present not some teenager. The tuxedos are all up to date. Simply awesome. Pros: excellent, professional, knowledgeable Cons: a bit busy more

did not stay long enough to care. customer service short and to the point to get you in a tux and get your deposit. Pros: Selection Cons: attitude, service, price more
