If I could give it 0 stars I would have. Joe Rizzo, doesn't know how to do basic plumbing. My sump pump broke down within 1 month of the install. Doesn't return calls or emails. Horrible after sales service. I have been trying to reach him for 2 months without any luck. Even after my repeated requests, Joe Rizzo has failed to given me any warranty or sales receipt for the sump pump. I have engaged plumbers in the past, but so far this has been my worst experience. Its a nightmare don't hire him!
