Post Ridge apartments in Phenix City is the worst place my family has ever rented. The employees in the office are extremely rude and unhelpful. The maintenance men are usless. I have called work orders in and it has taken days for them to come if they came at all. I was locked out of my house one night because the door knob broke and 24 hour maintenance never responded. There is always a ridiculous amount of garbage left all over the complex and it rarely gets cleaned. Also sitting outside your apartment is considered loitering. I would not recommend this hell hole to my worst enemy. I can not believe I gave up my last apartment to live here. more

Terrible Place to live BRITTWOOD apt. 12/28/2006

Brittwood apartments was the worst place we have ever rented from \r the staff is incredible unhelpful its been over a month and still will not return my \r phone calls. JP thayer properties (aka) Brittwood charged us all kinds of chargers when we moved out almost a year ago. they sent us to a collection agency right before Christmas\r for over 800 dollars I'm so disappointed with the way we've been treated at Brittwood i don't want anyone Else to be treated this was Please rent from some other apartment we also rented from CLUB HILL I give an A + Thank you Pros: I have nothing good to say about this place brittwood Cons: stay away rent from someone eles PLEASE more
