I have nothing but high praise for J&L Automotive in Suwanee, GA. They treat you and your car like family. They have always been honest and upfront about issues going on with the car. They will even take you into the shop and show you on your car what is going on. One time there was a faulty part, they got me right in, put me in a rental car, and fixed the car for free, even though I was slightly over my warranty, the owner John said the part should not have gone bad, they only use OEM parts or better, he wouldn''t even let me pay for labor. Best Automotive Shop Around 9/4/2011

This is the best shop I have ever been to. Believe me I have been to quite a few over the years. Today's Automobile's are complex electrical computers. This is a family owned and run business and they treat their customers like family. They have an extensive knowledge base on imports and domestic vehicles. they have all the computer technology, they are honest, fair and upfront they stand behind their work. They will priortize work based on safety of vehicle if money is tight and they don't tell you you need all this work if it really isn't needed more
