When I first called J&J Burk Lindsey C. was the person that took my call. She was very helpful in setting up a service tech appointment. Once the appointment was made she asked me if I was a Comfort Club member, I was not. She took the time to explain to me the special discounts I would get if my systems went down, also I would get 2 precision tune-ups annually. She explain the different level's the comfort club provided and what each had to offer. I chose the Platinum level, which is the highest level. If something happen I would be at the top of the list for service. I had to call 3 or 4 times because of breakdowns on one of my three units. With the special discount I got being a Comfort Club member I saved lots of money. Thanks Lindsey for the time you took to explain to me the advantage of the Comfort Club. You sure saved me time and money. I recommend J&J Burk to anyone, not only for the great service they provide, but for people like Lindsey who takes the time to explain the services J&J provides for the customer.
