I had a lot of lower neck/ upper back pain over the course of the last year, and come to find out, I have 2 herniated discs. I was ready to accept the fact that I would be facing some type of pain in this area for the rest of my life since it has already been bothering me for so long. That was until I went to Premier Physical Therapy of Hartsdale and had Debbie as my physical therapist. In the beginning she worked with me using traction, massage, and heat. As the pain subsided over the next few weeks, she got me into strengthening exercises to make the area around the injury stronger. A month later and I am virtually pain-free! The facility is very clean with lots of natural light from many windows, the staff is very friendly, and Debbie was the best. I highly recommend Premier PT.
