As the OWNER of this business, I would like to respond the the comment by BENICE. The person that does the repairs for my shop is not the owner, but instead a nice person who is always willing to fix jewelry even if it was not purchased at my store at a very small fee. She also fixes it within 1 day if you have the stone, not 5 days as stated. My store policy is, if the earring were purchased from me (which we have a record of), and they were purchased within 2 weeks and had not been abused, we will gladly replace them. However, if you have abused them , we cannot replace them, but are willing to repair them if possible. Also, if they have been worn several times, we cannot replace them as we do not want to sell used earrings. I also checked our repair records and we don't have a record of anyone having brought in a repair 6 times. All of us at my store go above and beyond trying to make everyone happy which is why we fix items not purchased from us. I will not respond further to anymore comments on the internet as I feel that this is not the way you should conduct business with people. If I have a complaint, I talk to the owner directly. I hope that other customers who have an issue will be kind enough to do the same. \r
