Alarm is excellent & installer was very good.

The whole reason why I hired movers to begin with was to avoid the headache of lugging boxes. I think next time I'll go for a more expensive mover.

I highly recommend this moving company 12/17/2010

I had such a great experience with this moving company. I have moved a lot over the last few years, and have had some pretty bad moves. A friend recommended you Company, so I figured I would try them, and am I glad that I did! The Movers were awesome! The guys were friendly, pofessional, and they worked really fast. They finished the move in less time than estimated, so my final price was less than anticipated. They wrapped everything in blankets so nothing was damaged, not even any scratch on the walls (my last movers took a pretty big chunk out of my wall, and the dresser they hit it with, which was annoying to say the least...). The office staff I talked to was always very nice and helpful. Their estimate was accurate, and the communication prior to the move was great. I felt very well taken care of. Overall, I would say I highly recommend this moving company, and next time I need to move I am definitely going to call you! more

Your moving company has really done a great job especially with your wonderful customer service. I have moved with your company before. Once for my business and another for personal use and each time I was very pleased with the service I received. It was a different set of movers with the two moves and both of them were very professional and friendly. more

We had tons of things that need to be packed up and moved to our new apartment. I called up Moving Company San Francisco (which I knew from a friend) and asked for their services. They approved it right away without having to ask many questions. more

Moving Company San Francisco is the one to call when you are planning on moving to another house. The employees as what I've seen are experienced and are very careful in carrying/moving my things. Great workers-Gentle hands. more

I can't think of enough nice things to say about these guys. I moved from one studio apartment to another (from Berkeley to San Francisco) in April and they sent two movers to make it happen (Fernando and another guy- can't remember his name). more

I originally gave this place 2-stars, because the actual movers were good guys. However, their scheduling team of girls not only contacted me to edit my review...but they've also rated themselves 5-stars below to boost their rating! Shady!!! For that, you get another star off! Back to ONE star! If negative stars were possible, you would get negative 5-stars! more

Okay, it appears that I am not going with the norm here in rating these peeps, but let me tell you the reason why. I moved a couple of months ago and hired this moving service. The thing is this...it cost me exactly $667.50 for 3 guys and a truck. more

I literally saw the great reviews for Bay Area Box Express in the morning, called for more information a few minutes later, and Warren was able to help me assess how many boxes and types I would need - THEN dropped them off to my apt within 2 hours! And prices are very reasonable. Very impressive customer service! Warren is one of the last real down to earth people out there. more

Rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10/31/2010

This company is terrible! I told them EXACTLY what I had to move and got a reasonable quote. I was told they'd be here from 12-2. Called at 2, told they'd be there at 3. Called at 3, told they'd be here at 4:30. Got here at 5:30!!!!! My whole day was wasted waiting for them. When they got here, the supervisor took a call from his wife right away and made me stand there waiting in my house. Then the REAL price was given to me about 15 mins later after he took other phonecalls in the cab of his truck. $700 more than the quote! It was too late to call anyone else and I had to put my move off till the next day. They give you a cheap price to get your business and jack it up since most people don't have the luxury of waiting another day like I did. Rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
