My family has been using Island Pool and Spa for four years now and at the end of our fourth season we have never had a problem. Refered to us by a reccomendation by our grandfather we are the fourth household in the family to use Islands Pools. In our experiences with them they have been nothing but outstanding and great to us. They always leave our pool looking spotless and do excellent repair work at the drop of a hat. I used Island Pools in Tenafly for my hot tub in February when their business is slow and they had no problem taking my money then. When I called again in late May to have the same problem repaired they were less than helpful. I made three additonal calls when I was told someone would call me back and each time I never heard from anyone. When I called back again and spoke with Diane for the third time she stated that they no longer service my area. I asked why I was not called back to tell me this and she stated ""I guess we should have"". When I asked for the owners name, I was told Kevin but she would not give me additonal information on how to reach him. She told me I was ""crazy"" for trying to get the owners information. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! Cons: Poor customer service more

The showroom is wonderful. Lots to supply you with. Staff very helpful about spas. They sell everything you need to run your hot tub. Love the self cleaning. Will talk you threw. Great turn around for delivery. They make a site check. Pros: Lots to choose from, very knowledgable, great location Cons: more staff so no wait, more parking, can't think of any more
