Isaac Moving and Storage and his crew moved my roommate from my old apartment to my new condo just a few blocks away. I had never used movers before because they are certainly expensive. I decided to get professionals to help me out this time so I wouldn't send a piece of furniture through a wall in my new place and end up spending more to fix a moving the stuff by accident than it would cost to pay professionals. These guys were on time and took great care of all my stuff inclusing my pet dog and they were very much systematic in their job that they completed their job on time. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all. more

We used Isaacs Moving and Storage to move our furniture into my place and they were spot on awesome. I noticed in some other reviews people talked about how cool the guys were, I agree. Anyway, they were quick, efficient and did a great job of wrapping up all of the large items in plastic and making sure nothing was damaged. Least to say all movers were a pack of joy. more

We took services of Isaac Moving and Storage just a month back. For the actual move they were great - swift, pleasant and uncomplaining, even though our elevator was at the second loft was out of service for most of the move. We were so delighted with them at that time -we even bought them lunch and gave them a good tip. The move took 3 hours and it was, by far, the most professional move I've ever been a part of. They came in under estimate. They were nice. And our stuff made it into our new place with no damage. The Isaacs movers were professional and courteous and got the job done without a hitch, on time and actually below the estimated cost! I would (and already have) recommend Isaacs to anyone who wants to be moved by professional movers. more

I recently moved, and after examining all the reviews we went with Isaac’s Moving.\r \r Overall, I was pretty pleased. On the plus side, they were faster and more efficient than the times I've gotten friends to move me. On the downside, I couldn't pay Isaac’s in pizza.\r \r Additionally, they showed up on time, got the work done, and were generally pleasant guys. They also broke down and reassembled my bed in like 30 seconds flat. Very impressive.\r \r There were also two scratches left on a bookcase, but it's kind of a crappy IKEA bookcase, so I'm not too upset. \r \r Overall, the move went well. We got moved. And we didn't have to lift a finger. There were just a couple of small things that prevented a full recommendation.\r more

I have moved many times with the help of a mover. Their procedure is to have a rep come to your home and give you a maximum estimate that they will charge. We liked the rep but had a problem with a high original estimate. I called 2 other high rated movers and one of them gave me a quote approx HALF of what the others did. I asked him to put it in writing (so there are no addl charges) and I never got it. So I went with Isaac?s Moving. I have never dealt with such a well organized company. Great contacts from the co. advising me when the movers would be there and most importantly confirming their delivery the next day. more

I found Isaac's Moving here on citysearch and they were great from the beginning, i scheduled for the move on the phone and the lady suggest that one of their rep. To come to our apartment and make a quote that the price will not exceed, which is good not to be surprised at the end of moving day!! Ami came on time and gave us several quotes depending on the work, we choose one. more

Absolutely the worst movers I ever encountered. Lo-balled the estimate and the actual came to almost twice as much. Numbskull movers that broke many things and packed poorly (wife's wedding dress scrunched up with child's toys?) Denied taking doors off of refigerator when I stood right there and watched them do it. Broke wood detail on old house we moved into. Hid the damaged wood and denied it. Drank beer and ate food out of our refrigerator and then tried to hide the bottles behind the water heater in the basement. OMFG! Please go to another comapny. Not worth the hassle even if you get insurance to cover the things they WILL break. Please note the other reviews have a uniformity of dates and writing styles that are the hallmark of a company that writes it's own positive reviews or has someone do it for them. more

Fast and professional. They mixed up the date of our move, but pulled together a team within an hour and got us back on schedule. Everyone thing arrived at the new place. Although, one of our items got damaged in the move but we were credited off our bill at value without any hesitation. Cyprus was great to work with and the movers seemed experienced. I would use them again. more

We hired Isaac?s Moving for an office move, and I was very happy with all that they did. On the two days of the move, I found the team of movers to be impressively professional, hard-working, efficient, and good-spirited. Also, fast and tireless! As much as I had been dreading the moving process, these guys made our moving days almost enjoyable. In comparison with other moving companies, their price quote was very good, and they ended up completing the work for less than their estimate. As we were unpacking, we found a couple of damaged items, which I don't think is at all bad for the scale of our move (8 movers and 2 trucks over 2 long days). But more importantly, their claims department was very helpful about remedying the situation, so we suffered no significant loss. Their attitude and customer service definitely gets 5 stars. I have no complaints, and would highly recommend them. Thank you, Isaac?s Moving! more

I called up Isaac Moiving and Storage a week before we had to move and they had the best quote that stood apart from the 2 moving companies we inquired about . When the 3 man team arrived they all were efficient, respectful and professional. They packed and moved us within 7 hours from our 1800 sq ft. co-op building and respected all of the building rules, as not to get us in trouble. Not only did they dismantle all of our furniture and a large bed that would not fit in the elevator, they put it back together at our new location and helped us place everything in the right place. We also entrusted them with packing our entire kitchen, computers, artwork and clothing. Not a thing was damaged or scratched. The boxes were labeled and well organized, and anything fragile was wrapped well beyond what it really needed; a good thing. Cheers Isaac Moving and Storage. more

I love and recommend movers from Isaac Moving and Storage because I took time to research them through reviews available on net, this evidence was a lil more backed with advice from a neighbourhood friend who had tried them a while ago back in the dark ages. Previously I used to pick movers based on advertisements. Now I took time to do 15 minutes of research and got 3 bids, and true to their excellent reviews I made a call to Isaac Moving and Storage and they readily helped me find solutions to all my questions. On the day of the move 2 well built sturdy guys knew what they had to do and got the job done with the right number of people, they were extremely careful with packing and unloading, not a single thing was lost, and they came in at 30 bucks less than their own bid, which was already the cheapest.
