Bought a used Lincoln Aviator from Gene Meier who was extremely easy to work with. They closed out my lease a few months early and got me into my vehicle at a price that I was very happy with. Service did some warranty and basic service over the time that I had the vehicle and were always easy to work with. First class business and a wonderful Lakes Region owned family that cares about our community. more

Excellent Experience! 7/19/2010

The sales staff and management were excellent to deal with. There was no pressure to buy nor was there any rush in the buying process. Upon deciding upon a vehicle, it was shown to me and any questions that I had were answered. The process from car search to driving off was a very satisfactory experience. Excellent customer service department 5/25/2010

I have been here a few times for service on my truck and am a stickler for good customer service. They are excellent! Professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I felt very comfortable working with this team. I would go back for service and will defiantly go back to buy my next vehicle. Great sales and service 12/30/2009

I had a great experience purchasing my used vehicle and buying parts from Irwin Motors. The salesman was low-pressure and knowledgable, and I was able to purchase my car the same day I came in, and drove it off the lot. The parts and customer service people were fantastic as well. I am taking my Toyota Highlander to my new 3-year assignment in west Africa, and the parts department packaged up all of the parts, filters, tires, etc. I will need to last me 3-years. The customer service team were great -- I could tell that they sincerely cared about each customer and their needs. I was only hoping for a painless experience and what I got was actually pleasurable. Thanks, Irwin! Pros: Quick, reliable, friendly more

Great prices and Service 10/28/2009

Let's see they are super friendly and very polite. The place is clean, they don't keep you waiting longer, and if something is needed they come and explain you to and tell you the difference in price and ask before doing it. \r \r Make you feel part of their family. Would refer them to anyone whether it is a new, used or just for service. 100 % satified customer here and will be for a long, long time. Pros: best in town Cons: no cons at this dealership more

Great Place for Sales and Service 10/28/2009

My husband and I used to deal with another local dealer and we were never satisfied with the service or customer service we received, so much so that we switched manufacturers. We purchased a Toyota thru a private sale, since it was our first toyota product we dealt with Irwins for the first time this year. Not only are we completely satisfied with the car itself (sequoia) we are also satisfied with the pricing and customer service we have received. If there happens to be a hiccup with the repair work the service team goes above and beyond to make it right!! We are so happy with our Irwins experience that we will use them from now for our sales and service needs!!! more

Hard to see actual used car listing 8/29/2009

The firm has a reputation of being friendly and reasonably fair for service . However the way to check on used cars that are available on the internet stumped me. I am a senior citizen and not super a computer type,the whys and wherefores of such things defeated me I feel others have been turned off by it. Sad.,because as I stated at the very first it has a good local reputation.and would be good to do business with. Pros: It may be me but the firm is an excellent one to visit Cons: hard to get to totheused car list on the internet more
