They came out on the weekend (without charging extra) to fix my washing machine, which wasn't spinning or draining water. They took care of it immediately and at minimal expense to me. Because they had done so well, we had them look at our dishwasher the next day and tell us why it was so noisy and if they could fix it. They found the problem, fixed what they could (removed broken glasss lodged in moving parts) and then helped me decide whether to fix (order and install new motor) or wait and just buy a new one sometime in the near future. They have integrity and job knowledge that is exemplary.
