Did notice that the electrician did not use junction baxes inb attic, when upgrading electrical. These have/or will be converted to junction boxes by homeowner. electrician did respond to requests, from homeowner, through Ironwood, to additional services, in a timely manner. more

Ironwood Custom Builders completed a basement finish for me a while ago. They were very professional, estimated costs were very close to the actual cost and the basement turned out extremely well. more

I appreciated that they came when they said they would and let me know if there was a schedule change. Prices were discussed ahead of time. Kelly was very professional and I was satisfied with his work. If there was any concern, it was immediately corrected. more

Overall the work and final product was exactly what I wanted. My only suggestions would be to clean the area up after each day a little better. Also, when the products arrive, open them up to make sure all the pieces are there. We had an issue with my faucet that delayed the plumbing a few days because parts were missting. At final inspection, I wish I had been told to really look the kitchen over with a fine tooth comb before I met with the Contractor. I felt pressured to find everything during our meeting and after he left and had a chance to really look over every nook and cranny, it was then that I found other flaws. The Contractor was good about my additional changes, but I was concerned. more

Helped us finish our basement by laying out an efficient floor plan and framed the entire basement, giving us advice on resale features and making suggestions from their experinces. I highly recommend Ironwood. Mark Roden more

When we built our home we met with multiple builders, this being our first home we were not sure what to expect. We decided to use Ironwoood Custom Builders/Kelly Anderson because of their attention to detail. We could not have been happier with the entire process. We met frequently to discuss progress and keep everything on track. The quality was top notch, and the minor warranty issues we did have were addressed quickly, and professionaly. I hired Ironwood Custom Builders to do a remodel project for my current home. Their communication was extremely good and the cost breakdown was far superior to that of other companies that bid on my project. Kelly held weekly meetings to keep me updated and informed about the schedule in terms of what time they would be doing the work, what would get done and what was completed. From the very first projection, he held closely to the schedule that we established. A year earlier, I had built a vacation home, so my expectations were lower after going through that experience! Everything with Ironwood turned out well. I was very impressed with the way that Kelly ran the remodel. Kelly would even clean up personally, pick up a broom or scrub, if things were not clean when the subs left. I was taking bids for our basement project and someone that I worked with recommended that I at least consider a bid from Ironwood Custom Builders. I took a bid from them at the very last minute when I had already decided to go with someone else. I decided to use Ironwood because their bid was very straightforward and inclusive of a lot of information that often is not addressed in initial bids. Ironwood, for example, included built-in upgrades in the price. I believed that there was nothing hidden that would end up costing us more money later. Another thing that gave me confidence in Ironwood was the number of awards -- home show awards and others -- that they had received. When I saw their awards, I knew that the quality of their work would be very good. I had been to some of those home shows and recalled the work that they were talking about, which gave me a lot of new ideas for making our basement more modern and functional. Also, the work that they do is diverse, from landscaping to pools to finishing basements. So, I liked knowing that I would be able to continue using them down the road for a variety of projects that we wanted to do. We had a great experience working with Ironwood. They were there when they said they would be and they were extremely professional. I felt comfortable having them in my home even when I was not at home. If ever there was anything that I did not like, they came right back in and immediately addressed my concerns. There was never a disagreement or conflict. Everything turned out better than we expected in terms of the quality of the work. It all came together and turned out to be gorgeous and functional. One of the last things that they said about our basement was, "When we are out of here, you will be able to really enjoy and use this space." We do. It is one of our favorite places to be.
