I went in and just was not approached by no one after waiting around for 10min I ask if some one works here .. The two fat chicks are just lazy don't want to get off thier chairs...

Ipex?Read my experience first!\r \r \r I ordered a set of Armstrong Cabinets from Ipex Home Supply. But when the cabinets were delivered on April 24, the quality of the cabinets was astonishingly poor with deformed doors, side boards and damages on the back, among many others.\r \r I took the damaged and deformed cabinets back to the store of IPEX . The owner of IPEX, Ms. Teresa Ross, had someone repair one of them right there and told me if there’s any problem from then on, I should contact Armstrong Cabinets.\r \r I wrote down my experience and posted on IPEX and Armstrong Cabinets’ Facebook pages.\r \r After this, Mr. Thomas Airey, the Regional Account Manager of Armstrong Cabinets, came to our house twice to inspect the defected cabinets. He told me that his company would like to pay $1250 as compensation, change problematic ones, and upgrade the cabinets.\r \r On June 7, 2013, Mr. Airey said the new corner cabinet had been delivered to IPEX and asked me to go pick it up. Yet when I arrived at the store on the next day, Ms. Ross the Ipex owner demanded me to sign a document; otherwise she would not release me the cabinet. I declined to sign of course, for the content of the statement was untrue. And Ms. Ross refused to release the cabinet. \r \r 5 months passed and no replacement or compensation has been done as promised. The deformed cabinets are still with us. \r \r Below is the full text of the document the Ipex owner demanded me to sign:\r \r June 8,2013\r \r I,____________________ have received a new Corner cabinet courtesy of Armstrong. I gave inspected and accepted the cabinet. I have also received a door to replace a warped door. I am anticipating a set of decorative doors that I did not pay for, but Armstrong has agreed to gift them to us.\r \r We, Mr. and Mrs. Rem, have agreed to clear up all of our negative comments made on both the Armstrong Website as well as Ipex web site, and an apology for slandering us will be posted on our site.\r ___________________________________\r \r For Ipex\r Teresa Ross\r Operations Manager more

In response to Jimi Ren, we have provided the customer with a shop order number showing the product was in fact an Armstrong cabinet product and there has been communication between Armstrong, Jimi and Ipex directly. The reason a box will say ""assembled in USA with foreign components"" is because parts come from all over the world and Armstrong is a worldwide company. Hinges are rarely made in America. Blum and Grass, 2 of the best names in cabinet hardware are imported. My point is that if one screw is imported from another country, anywhere, the box must state that there are foreign components in the product. If Jimi is looking for a cabinet where every single part is made in America, he will not find it. As far as defective doors, that is always possible as these are natural wood. Armstrong stands behind their product 100% if anything is wrong and will gladly resolve the issue without any hassle. All of the minor defects have been resolved through Armstrong directly without question and they have went above and beyond what they are suppose to handle. Ipex has been in business for 28 years and did not get to this point by using bait and switch tactics. We are successful through word of mouth, not advertisement. more

Ipex Home Supply Deceive Consumers\r I purchased a set of Armstrong cabinets from Ipex Home Supply (8825 Tonnelle Ave, North Bergen, NJ) in April 2013. The quality was astonishingly poor with deformed doors, side boards and damages on the back of the cabinets, among many others. \r The dealer has been repeatedly telling us that the cabinets were “made in USA” ,that is the major reason I placed the order. Upon delivery, I saw the label on the box says ""assembled in USA with foreign components"".\r Responding to our inquiry, the owner Teresa Ross said “foreign components could be one screw from outside the USA”. It is totally fraud. I paid more that $4,000, much higher than foreign cabinets.\r I am going through the process of complaining through the Division of Consumer Affairs in New Jersey. I wish I had never made this purchase.\r more

Terrible Customer Service 9/2/2011

I was apprehensive to go into the place as it has garbage laying in all over the outside front store area. I liked the idea of 3.5% tax so gave it a shot. Big mistake! Placed an expensive order as we are redoing our entire bathroom, with Teresa. She promised that she would get back to me the next day with item cost and delivery dates and never did. When I called her just to find out what was going on she was very unresponsive; left me on hold, said she was going to call back and never did. Do not waste your time! more

Bad customer service 5/28/2008

Bad customer service. Did not get what I ordered. Phone calls not returned. Would not order from here in the future. Only good thing is 3.5% sales tax. Pros: Cheap Cons: Poor Quality, Bad Customer Service more
