John Varallo and daughter Maria Varallo are wonderful people of what I have heard I have not yet met them but on my next visit i hope to see em both and shake hands with a true blooded varallo, I never belived my friend Claudia Varallo that her uncle had such a wonderful restaurant until i was there myself! Outstanding Italian Restaurant 6/5/2005

If you want a delicious meal at moderate prices with no frills from stuffy restaurants IE O TU is the place for you. The food is spectacular and the service is wonderful. Concetta, the owner, stops by frequently to make sure you are enjoying your meal. The stuffed eggplant and balsamic carrots are a real treat. The atmosphere is casual compared to other restaurants of this magnitude, but some people prefer to relax and enjoy good food without worring if anyone noticed you are wearing last years dress. A dinner for two with appetizers will run you about $75 from Io E Tu, but it's worth it. The food and serive are excellent. I highly recommend the daily specials which are lovely. Don't skip the appetizers or you will miss some of their best items. Delicious home-made pastas and desserts. The only thing lacking is the ambiance. A love affair with all things Italian 11/21/2004

I came to this restaurant by accident and it's been serendipity ever since. The owners are husband and wife with the love in the food. They are a part of culinary dynasties and we should thank them all for the loot! Pros: great food, good waitstaff, great value more

REAL Italian food 2/25/2003

I've had real Italian food from a friends mother who is from Italy. I had fallen in love with a particular dish that I was told has no name. When my boyfriend took me to Io et TU I asked if they had this dish and the waiter said they didn't. To our surprise about ten minutes later he came out with the dish (an appetizer) and said it was on the house! My boyfriend and I recently returned and I was pleased to find that they had it asa special! The service is ALWAYs spectacular, friendly and responsive. I will definitely be back! Never less than Excellent 7/18/2002

Each time I return to Io I am reminded of just how good dining out can be. Starting with the service from the minute you walk in to the cozy atmosphere till the time you leave, the staff is second to none. The menu and daily specials make it almost impossible to select just one entree. If you don't try this place you will miss out on a truely exquisite dining experience. Cons: Needs more Parking more
