I would recomment Invisible Fence Brand of Columbus East to anyone considering an electric containment system for their pet. I have had my Invisible Fence for my dogs for about 10 years. I have found the system to be exceptional and all the people at this company to be professional, friendly, and always helpful. I appreciate their prompt attention whenever needed (example: when I rototilled up my wire!). I haven't had a complaint yet! It is great doing business with them! more

Everyone was great from Andrew the salesman to Laura the trainer. We are very pleased with the results and the company has been great to work with. with the addition of a new dog, we really needed some extra space. My husband was ver sceptical at first, but after about 3 or 4 days the dogs where running around the front yard, and knew exactly how close to the edge they could go. We also did the inside of our house so we would not have to leave gates up. I had been wanting new furniture but I knew my 90lb. doberman would be all over it, but now he doesn't even go in our front room. For the first time in years i have a sofa that has never been sat on by a dog :) This product has made our lives with dogs much mor manageable. The company its self, has great customer service, and very friendly people that work there. more

Invisble Fence Brand of Columbus East emplyoee's. Olivia, Lyssa, Nikki, Adam, and Laura are indeed an asset to this company. They are very professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and most importantly, patient. They have an outstanding team of people working there. It's comforting to know that if problems arise I can call one of their employee's for their expert assistance. Olivia, who sold me my invisible fence brand system after carefully evaluating my situation with my two German Shepherds. Nikki and Lyssa in the office who are always happy to assist in any way possible when a new situation has come up that I don't know how to handle. Also adam who did a great job installing the system even though it was extrememly cold outside; he was incredibly patient with me and made all the adjustment that were needed to customize the system to suit my dogs and yard. And Laura who trained my dogs inspite of the fact that my dog, Kona, is very fearful of people. By the end of the first session he was licking her hand. Sh certainly has a way ...
