FYI....I worked with Investors Trust to get a re-finance back in 2005 and let me tell you it was so bad I am writing this 2 years later. The loan took over 6 mos. and not a single thing was done the way the estimate was given and I mean not even close. By the time the loan was done I was so desperate I could not decline. I needed the money so badly it was like being manipulated. Warning use a professional not these folks they are below average and not very professional or effective. AndI think they made about 1/4 of the refinance!!!! Stay away for sure... I wish I had.
