I had looked at many dealers and Inver Grove not only had what I wanted, they gave me a fair price without any problems. I initially spoke with Kari, but Julye handled much of the transaction. Julye was extremely personable and made this entire experience very pleasurable. She was a very caring and great person to work with. Andy in finance was very competent and not pushy at all. My wife and I were very impressed. more

Very responsive 1/20/2011

I bought a new Honda for my daughter in Minnesota via the internet and telephone from another city. I first dealt with Jamie Kohn, by email and phone, and she was very helpful. Later, I dealt with Chad Henkels, also by email and phone, who arranged all the details of the sale. I was very impressed by their great attitude, helpfulness, and diligence. They were responsive to my questions and concerns and the sale went very smoothly in a matter of a few days. I highly recommend this dealer. more

Wish I had such a great experience 1/16/2011

I visited this dealership a couple weeks ago, and I wish I could say I had the wonderful experience that all of the prior reviewers had. The dealership definitely has a nice feel, but the salesman that I dealt with didn't really seem like he was interested in my business. Maybe it was because I was looking at buying a used car and not a new car. I test drove one car and he basically spent the time bragging about how many awards the dealership has won. At the end of the test drive I asked if he had any other inventory that would fit my criteria, and he basically insulted my intelligence by sitting me down and showing me how to use the inventory feature on their website to find it myself. Pretty sure I already know how to do that. I'm sure the experience is all relative to what sales person you deal with, just wasn't the right place for me. more

Helped us GREATLY 1/7/2011

Jason helped us greatly in our search for a new vehicle. He came in on one of his days off so we could test drive with him even though he knew we weren't ready to buy that day. When we were ready to buy he was all ready for us and had our new van detailed and ready to go when we drove up. He and the rest of the staff at Inver Grove Honda were extremely friendly and not pressuring at all. They truly wanted to make sure we stayed within our budget and were happy with what we bought. We will buy our next car from him and highly recommend this dealership to everyone. more

Above and Beyond 12/15/2010

Jamie went above and beyond good customer service...he was fantastic. The car was in the delivery bay when I arrived to pick it up. He had previously walked me through the features and went over the basics again. He explained the differences between buying vs. leasing. This was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Jamie to others!\r more

John was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend any of my family or friends to Inver Grove Honda. I was in a situation with a leased Volkswagen and I am confident John helped me make the right decision. The service staff all seemed very welcoming and friendly as well. more

I surprised my wife with this car for her birthday. Jason P. was thoughtful and experienced. He made the transaction seamless, and I was able to surprise my wife with a car she absolutely loves. The transaction, was quick, I received a fair value for my trade and a fair price on a brand new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and all of its employees. more

Thank you for the excellent service on my 08 Accord. I'm grateful Bob Kuntz spoke so highly of you dealership and recommended working with you when we were discussing service on our Honda's. Kevin Anderson and your service team handled the repair and warranty work in the most professional and timely manner. Over the years I've had service work performed at many other Twin Cities dealerships including Nissan, Audi, Dodge and Honda. This was my first visit to Inver Grove Honda as I purchased the vehicle from a Honda dealer closer to home. Distance won't be a factor when arranging future service appointments or new car purchases. You have a great facility and team of professionals like no other that I've worked with in town. more
