I wanted to express my and Lil's appreciation of how you handled the undercoating of our new Honda Pilot.
As soon as I voiced a concern it was dealt with to our complete satisfaction, regardless of whether there was a basis for my concern. I don't remember having this level of positive attention with any other dealer or service center, so I was very pleasantly surprised with your service.
