I get a coupon mailed to me from this place. I call and make an Appt. to go get the 19.99 Oil Change, Tire Rotation and 40pt. Inspection done. I go there they pull my car in and start. Its a beautiful day in Countryside. High 70 Sunny. I wanted to wait in their parking lot. Enjoy the beautiful weather. Some young guy who actually looks like he was up all night drinking or something comes over to me and asks me to wait inside. I advised him im aware of the liability issue. My car broke down on 294 north and when I called triple A the closest shop was Community Car Care so I saw no problem leaving it there overnight. I called the next morning and then after a diagnostics they said I had blown the fuel pump(exact words were it burnt out) and there was an issue with the spark plugs...total cost? 1223 dollars and some change. I decided to have the car towed to a local place in worth called brake-tec that my parents have used for years. For some reason I had to wait two hours as they had to put my car back together(why for a diagnostics?) When the car got there they flushed the fluids and put some fresh gas in and it started up...which I didnt realize was such a big deal til I found out that if half of what CCC had said was true...then this car wouldnt run without a very costly part replacement as a car wont start without a fuel pump. Now I have to go back and try to get the 130 bucks I spent on a diagnostics that told me nothing but lies as brake-tec kept it overnight and checked everything just to make sure but the car is running perfectly fine...the problem? gas gauge is off a bit, and for running out of gas I was almost put out nearly 1300 bucks...DOWN WITH COMMUNITY CAR CARE more

One of my friends recommended Community Car Care, as she liked how she was treated. I got the timing belt, water pump and all related items on my 2001 Hyundai Accent and they charged the right amount. Their performance was first-rate and the belt was set correctly.
