From the moment I contacted Interior Door Replacements I believe I was being given good information about my options, was guided, not pushed, into my purchase decision and received good support from the entire staff with whom I had contact. Installers showed up as scheduled and completed work on time. I've just noticed several dings and nail holes (in the floor) that I shall bring to their attention. I think the floors should have been attended to at the time the doors were installed (I'm sure this happens whenever sliders are installed where there's a wood floor) -- if that had been done they'd have gotten (and earned) all five stars!
