excellent company to work with 8/13/2012

usually I'm shy with door to door sales people. However, these folks were nice and trustworthy. They allowed us to take our time to decide if we wanted them to do our roof. Their estimate was within insurance estimate and their product was what our insurance company mandated. Overall, service and product was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone that needed a roof. more

Integrity Roofing did a good job on my roof. It looks good and we are happy they knocked on our door and told us about what they do. We didnt have any problems with them. They took care of everything as promised and we would use them again in the future more

They got my roof bought by my insurance after I'd been denied twice in the last year 4/17/2012

I could not be more pleased with the service I got from integrity roofing. I had been denied twice with other roofing companies representing me and was over it. Gary and Jared convinced me that I had a valid insurance claim and that they would make sure my insurance company would approve my claim. Sure enough they knew what they were doing and got my claim approved and all I had to pay was my $1000 deductible. I am so happy they talked me into re filing my claim. I guess they are licensed insurance adjusters themselves and know what they are doing. Anyways I am happy with the work they did, my roof looks great and I'm glad I was finally able to get it replaced under my insurance. more

I couldn't have been more pleased with Integrity Roofing. Everyone who we came in contact with, from the person who first contacted us about possible hail damage to the workers, was incredibly friendly. Landon helped to guide us through the whole process and was a joy to deal with. Most importantly, our new roof looks great! more

Excellent Company- Delivered as promised and on time! 12/1/2011

Meet Gary and John as they were working/replacing a neighbors roof. John Henry was great to work with- his tenacity and hard work was awesome. He worked with my Insurance Company who said NO many times and John was able to provide evidence and continued professional pressure to get the new roof approved. Integrity did additional work for me as part of the Overall project and the results are just beautiful. Upon inspection by the City- The Inspector's comments were "this is an Excellent Roofing Job- Very clean and well done". Think that Say's it all!! Thank you Integrity!! more

Performed as promised, very satisfied 11/30/2011

Liason with insurance company was very good if not perfect--the job took longer to get started than was originally projected because of items being overlooked by the insurance company and there was some back-and-forth required with the agents. Job start date once determined was a little spongy, but that may be normal. Customer service, communication and response was very good. The CSR walked me through every step, and it went as planned. The job when completed was perfectly satisfactory. I got exactly what I wanted and at the final cost I expected to pay. I would definitely recommend Integrity Roofing Services. more

I thought Integrity Roofing Services was great. They were the ones who pointed out to us that the leak in the roof was caused by hail damage and that made it eligible for insurance coverage. We would not have known that, and we would have gone ahead and paid for it ourselves, had they not told us about it being hail damage. Instead, our insurance picked up by far the bulk of the tab. In fact, I think the insurance company paid for all of it. more

Integrity Roofing Services were awesome! I wish every contractor I work with was as professional as Mike is. He helped us with everything, from filing our hail damage claim with our insurance company, to helping to pick out the type of roofing we wanted. Throughout the entire process they were professional, hard-working and reliable. It was a pleasurable experience working with them. I've recommended them to several neighbors of mine. It sounds like I work for their company! I don't, I just think they are an exceptional company to work with! more

Integrity Roofing Services provides excellent, high-quality product. 4/13/2011

Integrity Roofing Services came and finished on the same day. They were here from morning until dark. They were industrious and hard-working. The quality in the workmanship is excellent. They were efficient and provided great customer service. I was completely satisfied and they followed everything up with a thorough clean-up. I think the job was excellent and seems to have spread out to my neighbors too. Just seeing is believing! I think that the final product is a great referral product! more

Integrity Roofing Services just made the whole process easy. Mike was just amazing, and it was incredible how little work I had to do. The whole process, from beginning to end, was very smooth, and very easy. I was under a time crunch due to the sale of the house, and Integrity Roofing Services met my time commitments.
