Worst experinece ever! 4/3/2011

After the 2009 hail storms, we filed a claim with our HO insurance co. Nationwide, our local agent suggested to call Integer DM, an approved vendor. We called Integer DM, the first appointment was very good, 2 guys inspected our roof and notified us of hail damage. After the adjuster inspected our roof and wrote us a check, we contacted Integer, to start the work. A Integer rep came to our house and we gave him the check that the Ins Co had give us. The following week a dumpster was delivered to our driveway. The following day roof singles were delivered as well. We noticed that some of the singles had a 25 yr sign. We had ordered 35 yr. warranty architectural singles. We contacted Brittany at office, she called us back after speaking to Steve the contractor and explained that the delivery was correct, she assured us that our singles were going to have a 35 yr. warranty. In our ignorance we accepted the explanation. A week later, work started 3 weeks after signing the contract and surrendering our check. Day 1: three workers (Crew #1)arrived at noon and left at 5pm. Day 2. three workers (Crew #1) arrived at 8am, at noon the workers were leaving. I talked to them, luckily I speak spanish, and they told me the truth, they had not being paid for 2 weeks. I called Integer, and they sent a guy named Chuck, who was a subcontractor. he supposedly paid the workers. Chuck assured me that the following day a whole crew was going to finish the job. Day 3, only 2 workers showed up at 8am, after calling Integer and Steve a couple of times, Shannon, the owner, promised that the job was being completed the following day at 2pm. A completely different crew ( 3 people) arrived at 2pm and left at 8pm. Day 4, the first crew (3 people ) arrived at 8am, it started to rain and they left at noon. Day 5, two workers arrived at 8am (crew #1), Chuck and his son, a teenager showed up at 11am. Job was completed. Day 6, dumpster was picked up, but a huge piece of plywood was left on the driveway, we also noticed some damaged plants and gutters. Day 7 talked to Shannon over the phone, he promise to come meet us, give us a gift card to replace the plants. Brittany called a couples of times saying that Shannon was going to come, but he never did, and the gift card was never sent to us.\r \r Conclusion: Integer hired a contractor, who hired a subcontractor, who hired subcontractors. Leaving me with a roof that the warranty won't cover and a very bad experience. more
