I purchased a tow truck policy with these people back in December 2010. It seems that I had few days lapse in my prior insurance policy and because of that the Illinois Commerce Commission revoked my authority. I was driving in Bensenville when the cops pulled me over. The officer told me that my ICC is suspended because i had no insurance. When i showed the officer my insurance from Insurance Navy, he said that even if there is insurance my authority is revoked. I called Insurance Navy and their staff for more than 3 hours did more than what they had to do to reinstate my ICC and to file my new insurance policy with the State. These people saved me a truck impound and a huge fine! Every time i remember this is story I sigh and I say 'this is a true customer service.'
