Instant Imprints should hire knowledgeable help, or at best give them training in how to deal with the public. Four times I attempted to do business with them and only once did they meet my expectation for courtesy, knowledge, price and turnaround time.
Some of there major problems are:
• Un-knowledgeable help.
• They always say they are to busy and will call you back.
• They never call you back when they say.
• They act as if they are kings when the actual true king is the customer.
• They are arrogant, rude and inconsiderate.
I truly believe this company will be another failure very soon if they don’t change there attitudes and start listening to the customer needs.
