Insight Imaging

My doctor told me about Insight Imaging when I asked about having a 3D ultrasound. When I called the person I talked too was very friendly and really helped me get an appointment time that would work with my crazy schedule. I took my whole family with me and was so happy the room was big and so pretty - comfy bed!! We had a great time. My baby was being a little shy at first but the tech took time to and tried different things to get our little one to move. Finally our little Bentley turned and we got to see his chubby little face! He looks just like his daddy!!! I can't explain how I felt at that moment - it was just such a rush of love. We all had a great time and can't thank everyone there enough for making us feel so welcome and being patient. This is an amazing life experience and I can't wait to do it again! more

I had my 3D4D ultrasound done on Saturday and I can't quit smiling - it was the most amazing thing ever! I couldnt stop crying and laughing all at the same time. The office was set up really nice and the scan room was huge. My mom and dad set up my scan as a surprise for me since I had been feeling down since my husband is stationed in Afghanistan. I was so happy to have the opportunity to see my baby and then they broke the big news - my husband was logged into - from Afghanistan and was watching the scan with me!!!! I couldn't believe he could see our beautiful baby girl at the same time. Words cannot express how excited I was. The staff, the office, the experience were all incredible. I am over the moon in love with my little princess and I cannot thank the staff any more for an awesome day. I would suggest everyone do this - words cannot convey how just awesome it is. more

I am glad I had this ultrasound done because I got to see my baby's little face, but I was very disappointed in it overall. My husband and I spent $199 for a clearly advertised ""3d/4d 30 minute ultrasound session,"" but 1) the 30 min. session was exactly 17 minutes; and 2) it as not a ""3d/4d"" ultrasound as I understand them. The u/s was done in 2d, then the tech would capture baby's face and then show it in 3d. The entire rest of the u/s, her showing us baby, was ALL 2d (4d is supposed to be 3d but in a live video form); and 3) The tech literally only showed us baby's face, nothing else, in 3d. I'm sorry, but if I were making $199 for 20 total minutes of work beginning to end, I think I would at least give the customer what is advertised. Verrrrrryyyy disappointed in the whole thing, for the amount spent anyway. more
