This company is awful, leaking cartomizers, overpriced, terrible quality batterys that die in hours and need replaced constantly, and SUPER OVERPRICED, $50 for an ecig battery i can buy anywhere else for $20 or less? the company that sells these ""vapor solutions"" got me for a small kit but once i opened my eyes and did my research i will most definately be taking my hard earned money elsewhere. Simply put, its overpriced outdated product, dont believe the hype they sell you at the kiosk, save ur money and buy online for a newer / better / cheaper alternative. more

I Purchased A Deluxe E-Cigarette Kit at the Harlem Irving Plaza Mall last month. I just wanted to put my positive word out. I am loving my Elite E-cig and i have tried a few other companies I wont bash on them out of respect but this company let me try it before I had to actually make a purchase and once i purchased it I received a 2 year warranty. I did not expect a company to warranty this for 2 years that is so awesome! I reviewed it after owning for a month to insure that this was a wonderful product and it is! I've been tobacco free for a month now and i'm feeling better already! I am recommending this to all my smoker friends cause they keep puffing on mine!!! I think innovative smoking is great. I have used 4 different companies and by far it has been my best experience. They stick to their warranty and they have replaced what i have asked for the past year. I have met the owner and they give you a good personal experience. I like that, i have never felt like just another customer when dealing with them. I love the product and i have gotten to know the owner and girlfriend and they are great people. I receive an email once a month with plenty of savings and discounts. Yes you can find cheaper products but thats what it is. CHEAP!!! They have much better tasting cartridges then what i have tried. When the cartridges do leak, they replace them. I have never had an issue. more

It is quite true though, you can buy exactly what they sell online at other places like tinydeal deal extreme etc and it the exact same stuff! For E-Juice its like 4 bucks for 60ml bottle of refill liquid and Vapour Solutions sells 30ml bottles for like 30 bucks lol, freaking retarded not too mention the prices of kits, which cost about 10-30$ online and they sell them for about 75 bucks! if you want to save money and quit smoke at the same time don't shop at vapour solutions no matter what they tell you, they dont care about your well being, they just want your money : | oh and if they tell you that you cant get clearamizers or what they are called like theirs anywhere else, lol that's a lie I get exactly what they get off other websites for pockets change. more

Innovative Smoking the company known by a new name now Vapor Solutions is a SCAM!!! they sell Elite Elight cigarettes. Well over priced for their faulty product, batteries dont hold a charge last maybe a hour, cartomizer's leak and spit in your mouth nasty. Worst thing of all is the price 30$ for 5 cartomizers that come in 36mg, 18mg, zero all the same price regular tobbaco and menthol only. kits range from 90$ - 220$ I learned the hard way. The employees make up their OWN PRICE!!! to try to get the most out of you which is company standards. Worst customer service I had ever gotten . I felt like trash. Dealt with 2 employees which only gave me grief one was a young girl who had to be on something was just yelling at me that Im wrong, 2nd person was the owner Matthew Boyd I dealt with after arguing and a petition I made I got majority of money back. I paid 150$ for a deluxe kit and got back 120$ since the cartomizers which cost 30$ where non refundable sanitary reasons even though they were unopened its a laugh. But Im done with this company. more
