I have gone to Innervision for lenses and frames for a few years now. I recently went there with a broken earpiece on my Oliver Peoples glasses. The frames were quite old, so they said that they would replace both earpieces. To my great surprise, they didn't charge for the new earpieces, even though I had purchase the glasses several years before from somewhere else. Now that is what I call true value-added service, and it epitomizes their approach to dealing with their clientele. Service like that is hard to find, and hard to beat.
