Innerpc responded extremely quickly to a hard drive failure which ko'd me the day before a business trip and big presentation. Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem with a new hard drive, recovered all my data,and upgraded me to Windows 7, but Dan strategized with me ways they could support me with recovered data I'd need while I was travelling and they were fixing the computer. \r I now have a better-then-before laptop. This was a totally positive experience and I plan to use them for any computer issue in the future. more

Great service on a tough hardware issue. Dan and his team went to work on my Toshiba Satellite (screen was failing intermittently at startup). They considered all factors, both hardware- and software-related, and identified a problem with the motherboard. Thus, the machine was not worth repairing in terms of cost/benefit. I had already paid to cover repairs, so Dan returned the check. It was A HEADACHE-FREE EXPERIENCE for me. I highly recommend them, and will not hesitate to use again for ANY kind of computer problem. Excellent service and value. more

We received professional, fast, and affordable service from InnerPC when a laptop keyboard failed. When they weren't satisfied with the initial overall performance following the repair, they even volunteered to pick the computer up again and run diagnostics so that our aging machine could be much closer to 100%, and at no additional charged. Overall we were very pleased! more

The first thing I said to Dan was ""I am ready to throw this thing out the window"" and he calmly replied ""Don't do that."" He came the next day and took the thing away -- it was so slow my teeth hurt while I waited, it got hot and shut down, it was unresponsive for minutes, which we all know feels like hours when you are trying to get something done. Argh. When he brought back my laptop 3 days later, it ran -- it runs! -- like a new machine. Sleek and obedient and quick and cool. All my stuff is still there. He reconnected my printers. I couldn't find a cable he needed to install one of them and he ran out and bought one! And just before he left there was a flicker on the desktop (I have for a long time suspected a graphics card problem) and I had to fight with him for him to let me pay him for the work he had done. Dan is a perfectionist. I think this thing will last me another year or two (which was my goal) and when I do go out to get a new laptop, he will be at my side. What a find! more

Inner PC to the Rescue 4/24/2012

In short: Dan's the guy to call if your computer breaks down. If you're reading this, it means your computer broke. I'm sorry. It's stressful. I had the entire workings of my start up on my computer when it got a virus. I panicked. Called so many places. Researched as much as I could. It shouldn't be so hard to find someone to fix your computer. But it is - so many people won't call you back, will lie, charge a little then add on more fees, and will take weeks to help you out. How do you separate the good from the bad? Someone honest, smart, and reliable is a real find. Dan's a real find. Called me back immediately, answered all my questions, gave me an honest and fair estimate, and fixed everything super fast. I think it was less than a 48 hour turnaround! Stop worrying. Don't hesitate to call Inner PC. Really. He will take care of your computer. You can trust him. The job will get done. more

A Godsend 12/22/2011

This guy is so great -- he's rescued me twice now from the brink of digital disaster. The second time I was just going to break down and buy a new computer but he fixed my old one up so it's now running like new (better than new, actually), saving me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I count discovering Dan as one of the great achievements of my life! more

Dan, of Inner PC, took a rusty old computer user (me) and took the training wheels off of a new computer and several new and unfamiliar operating systems. He has also brought my whole at-home set-up to a new state of the art status. He has also made me completely comfortable asking all kinds of questions - whether stupid or brilliant. Great Service - No Complaints 8/23/2011

After a mutual decision that the repair cost would be nearly the price of a new computer, I decided to purchase a new laptop rather than go through with the repair. Dan graciously allowed me to rent one of his laptops for several weeks, at a very low rate, while I searched for and ordered a new laptop. Service was prompt and friendly, would certainly recommend to anyone needing computer repair. more
